Date:4/8/2024. Ronald G (cashier/service person) got the order wrong adding mint which I am allergic to. This guy wanted to simply remove the scoop of mint from the cup instead of getting a fresh cup and starting over. I ask him for a new cup and he became angry yelling that he would have to pay for it. He gave it away but was nasty and didn’t want to hand me my receipt. Invoice #245359 ..

I was in Waikiki celebrating a birthday and my friend and I stopped in for some ice cream I love butter pecan ice cream so we indulged in this wonderful treat the service was nice and I was happy we had stopped

January 23, 2024 asked for a strawberry banana smoothie received a watery strawberry smoothie and got a cookies and cream milkshake. Asking for anything with the two rude ladies working they did not want to be there and for a total of $20.04 for two drinks NOT worth it, terrible service did not want to go back and ask she gave such dirty looks for asking her for a smoothie, never going back and wasting our money.
We ordered a mango strawberry smoothie and a mint chocolate chip milkshake on January 21, 2024. Both drinks were marginal and best tending toward to just horrible. Definitely NOT worth the $18 cost for two small beverages.

Terrible service. I was the only customer and the two Filipino ladies were just chatting with each other, the one taking my order would just turn back to answer the other one when I hadn’t even finished my order, then asked twice for details since she obviously didn’t pay attention.
