I actually visited the second floor of H Mart Kakaāako because I heard there was a food court and there is! Amongst a variety of places to try Giovanni Shrimp truck has a location up there, great for when you donāt want to drive all the way to the North Shore. My shrimp plate was just as good as the original truck! Go check it out!

Iāve been a loyal H Mart customer for a long time, but my experience at the KakaŹ»ako location was extremely disappointing. While checking out, my father had trouble scanning his keycard. Instead of helping him, the cashier raised their voice at him in front of other customers. To make things worse, the security guard at the entrance actually laughed at him.
This was not just poor service, but it was humiliating and disrespectful. My family left the store feeling upset and unwelcome. Even a simple āthank youā or āhave a good dayā from the cashier would have made a difference, but we received neither.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this crossed a line. Customers should be treated with basic respect and dignity. I hope management takes this seriously, because no one deserves to be treated the way my father was.

All things Korean can be found here...food, home goods, etc. The food hall upstairs is disappointing...minimal choices and expensive. Unfortunately...some items in the store are made in China...why? But if you want food and ingredients from Korea...this is the place.

This place has the worst customer service. Everytime you enter the store they treat you as if you are about to steal something. And once you get to the cashier, the most unfriendly people I've dealt with. Not even a word coming from these people. Not a hello or thank you for shopping, etc.
Great stop for local Korean food shopping. Free parking available in the first floor of the parking deck next door. They also have a food court in the second floor. My favorite restaurant is Giovannis. They've got one of hotest shrimps on the island.

A good variety of Asian foods at reasonable prices. Food court is upstairs. No un-purchased merchandise allowed in food court. Several food and beverage vendors in food court. Indoor seating. Did not see any parking. Restrooms were clean.
