Shelves are very well stocked and neat. Selection is great too. Parking could be challenging at times. Big plus is the food hall on 2nd floor - especially Giovanni’s shrimp - don’t have to deal with the flies and there a restroom to wash your hands when your done eating ?

Customer service is good but I had a bad experience with the security guy who followed me around the store like I'm a shoplifter! I'm one of those customers who goes inside the store and think I'm only buying what I intended to buy but everything seems so good so I went back to get a cart but the effing security guy stop me and check my bag like I'm fucking coming back I have the items inside the store I'm not taking it and instead of saying sorry the fucker have the audacity to tell me you should've said so like bro you stop me like a took something inside the store! I'm not coming in that location anymore

I love the variety of Asian items you can get here. It's mainly Korean items but a good amount of Japanese, Chinese, Filipino, and Vietnamese items. They have a great selection of fresh veggies and meats along with tasty ban chan. Only place I can find certain Asian noodles, snacks, and drinks.

Hi Jambo
Korean supermarket; no crying! They usually have at least a few really good deals on produce. There is also a food court on the 2nd floor.

I always love comparing Hmarts when I'm visiting a different city, and I was happy to see that there were 2 hmarts (and 1 unofficial knockoff one) in the city of Oahu. PLUS, it recently opened so I was very excited to visit this one. This Hmart is located in Kaka'ako, which is apparently a rising location. The place looks very modern, just like any new Hmart -- the first floor is dedicated for groceries, and the second floor is apparently a VERY BIG food court and their food court is apparently the #1 in all of hmarts. I wasn't able to check out that area so my review is purely based on the first floor. This Hmart is not big -- it does not feel big in any way and it feels like a neighborhood grocery market (similar to the ones you would see in LA or NYC), but I know that getting an Hmart itself in Honolulu is a big feat so it seems like a good resource for the Asian Americans residing here. Prices are on the pricier part, but we're on an island so we can't complain much. Though it's a smaller hmart -- it really does have everything you need and it feels new as it is super clean inside. I know we have to be understanding as the island doesn't have that much space, so if you need a slightly bigger Hmart, I recommend you check out the one in Pearl City!

The food court is great. We got ice cream and free samples before committing to a flavor.

Perfect place to go grocery shopping for Asian items, and on the 2nd floor, there are great restaurants for dine in or takeout. I love it
