The luau was very nice. it starts at 5pm, when you enter they have different demonstrations that you can do and some history of local life growing up on the islands. The Luau was done nicely with your meal courses brought to your table. you will even get a chance to participate in the show on occasion. if you have an allergy make sure it is noted when you purchase your ticket online and they will make sure your specific plate is made differently.
