In the 3 years we spent on island, Han no Daidokoro was our go to spot for celebrations and just to treat ourselves. I have told everyone I worked with that this is the place to go for wagyu and it’s worth the money. EVERY ITEM IS AMAZING! Down to the fresh wasabi, which I could literally eat by the spoonful. The best wagyu, service, and atmosphere! Our last dinner on Oahu was spent here. We let our server (I wish I could remember his name) know how often we had been here and how much we love it, and then they brought us a complimentary dessert with a sparkler to thank us! It was such a nice end to our meal and our time on the island! If we ever go back to Oahu, Han no Daidokoro will be a must visit spot! We miss it dearly!

The food was phenomenal and our waitress was so kind!! She was so helpful and informative. She probably congratulated us at least 5 times on our wedding. We did the 150.00 Miyazaki wagyu course, and it was the best meal/experience I've ever had.

Our server provided excellent service and was really attentive! We ordered the Miyazaki beef set and it was soooo good. Melt in your mouth goodness. Our server described each course to us and also suggested how long to cook it. We thought maybe the food wouldn't be enough for us because of how small each portion was but we were stuffed! This was our 3rd time here and we will keep coming back!

Food was wonderful. Seems like small portions, but oh so filling. One of our favorite places to go to eat dinner.

My favorite restaurant for lunch. Cost performance, service, cleanliness and most of all taste are wonderful. Nothing compares to other restaurants in Honolulu. They never make me dissatisfied. I highly recommend this restaurant. I hope they keep this way.

Maki provided an excellent dining experience! Service with a smile and a sense of humor. Quality of the meats and food was superb! We ordered the Miyazaki beef set for each person, the bibimbap, crispy garlic rice and namul side dish.

Aloha, Han No Daikoro has amazing cuts of wagyu meats, served fresh from Japan. We visited during the Taste of Ward week - good deal at $85, nice. Kim chee and namul sides come with the meal. Add the garlic stone pot rice too, all so yummy. Nice fun cocktails, beer and sake. Enjoy!

We ordered the Miyazaki Beef Chef's Cut, chili tofu, potato salad, and kim chee assortment. That was just enough food for 2 people, and gave us a nice selection of A5 wagyu to try. The sides were tasty, and the meat was heavenly. Because we were celebrating a birthday they brought us a slice of cheesecake at the end, and (along with the hot tea) this was the perfect complement to the meal. We also ordered a couple of cocktails (smoked old fashioned and regular old fashioned) and a lemonade, which was carbonated but very refreshing. The server was very helpful with explanations on what everything was, and the service was excellent. An unexpected part of the meal was freshly grated wasabi, which added the perfect touch to the richness of the meat. The bill, for such high quality food, was very reasonable. I would definitely go back there again and recommend it highly.

This is the first time I’ve had a server who was so kind and attentive. His name is Sean, and he took care of our table in an incredibly professional way. We ordered the $125 PP, and he looked after us perfectly from start to finish. I rarely write such detailed reviews, but we had such an enjoyable and delicious dinner that I just had to. The quality of the meat was excellent and absolutely delicious. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and will be coming back for sure. The food was amazing, and our server was incredibly friendly. Thank you so much!
