This is hands down, the best place to get a fresh fruit boba smoothie. The staff is always friendly and the fruit is always super fresh. The prices are very reasonable and they have a wide variety of items on the menu. 11/10, recommended for sure.

Hangs is like the new Jamba Juice in Waipahu . They use real fruits . My first time here I got the pineapple smoothie. At first I didn't know you could add 2-3 different additional fruits in your smoothie. They have a bunch you can choose from. But man the pineapple alone goes well on a hot day . And I got the blended coffee. It's good but really strong . Only could finish a quarter of it . But yes I'll be going here from now on to skip those busy lines at Jamba.

Awesome place for a smoothie at a great price, they use fresh fruits and the drinks are very refreshing, my favorite is the mango peach (cost extra), you can definitely tell the difference between powder and fresh fruit after trying this place out. Parking can be tough since it is in downtown but there is a small loading area on S Pauahi Street that people can wait at.

I rarely come this this area but when I do, I always come to hangs to grab a drink! It’s fresh and delicious! Customer service is good and the funky bright color decor pops into your eyes. No parking except street meters. Sketchy location but you’ll be fine. It’s right next to scarlet club. Enjoy!

Really yummy!!!! Mango and honeydew were both fresh with good boba. Take your cash, they don’t do card-but they are worth it:)

YUM! I've tried almost half of the smoothies on their menu and so far all have been good. They use fresh fruit for most of their fruit smoothies (powder for a few) and no upcharge for boba. Prices have gone up in the past year (but that's pretty prevalent everywhere) but for the cost, it's pretty reasonable for what you get (size and quality). The more watery fruit your drink will be more slushy/juice like (lychee, watermelon, pineapple) and the more hearty fruits (mango, avocado, strawberry) will be thicker and more smoothie like. I'm not a fan of super sweet drinks and I feel they make it just perfect so that you can taste the flavor of the fruit. My kids are also big fans of this place and they get more adventurous trying different flavors & combinations. I usually stick to the same - strawberry taro, avocado or mango. So.Good. Owner is super friendly and drinks come out pretty quickly. They opened up a second location in Waipahu which I have not visited, and then a "sister" store in Aiea that's run by the downtown owner's brother. Drinks at the Aiea and Downtown location are consistently the same. The only difference I noticed was that the Aiea one has Pitaya (dragonfruit) and I've never seen that one downtown. Cash only!

CASH ONLY! I hate when I don't have cash and am out and about around downtown and am craving a smoothie. It's a sad day. Smoothies range from $5-$6 nowadays but it's fresh fruit so I think that's a pretty good deal. All drinks come with boba if you want and you can even adjust your sweetness level. You can also combine two flavors for 50 cents more. My go to is usually mango especially when in season. Once you try one flavor, you'll want to try them all. The smoothies are so simple but so refreshing and delicious. Check out hangs if you're ever in downtown, you won't be disappointed!!

Love the strong French style or Vietnamese style coffee! This was a quick stop before I head to the Airport. In an area that is a little sketchy but it was fine.

The adage, "Good things come in small packages" fits perfectly for Hang's French Cafe & Smoothie. So glad I discovered this cafe! Being a small place, it offers an array of smoothies. The menu offers flavors such as green tea, mango, guava, avocado, and even watermelon smoothies. I order my favorite go to drink: Thai tea. It comes with the black pearls. It tastes absolutely heavenly. The services tends to be pretty fast. Tucked away in the Fort Street Mall area, Hang's French Cafe & Smoothie caters to a wide variety of clientele. When I come here, I usually see one pr two people managing the shop. Being a small shop, it gets decorated with pictures of The Eiffel Tower and coffee. Be aware: This place takes cash only. The Thai tea costs only $4.75. Not that bad since other fruit smoothies cost $5.00. Come to Hang's French Cafe & Smoothie. Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, it only allows for takeout for now. Bring friends, family, and / or a date.

Definitely a fresh and tasty option for various fruit smoothies ranging from standard to exotic options like Guava, Durian, and Dragonfruit... I ended up going with Jackfruit and it literally was a jackfruit slushee but in the best way and the boba was nice and sweet which was a good surprise! Check it out for sure!!!

Idk what you're doing if you're not coming here for fruit smoothies tbh. This place is great for the price & they use real fruit! Pics of menu August 2021. Average price is $5 cash only.

Since I've been working in Downtown Honolulu for the last several months now, on the days where I am in the office all day and during my 1-hour break, I like to stop by Hang's French Cafe & Smoothie on Fort Street Mall. There are many great unique menu selections, and I've had the orange smoothie a number of times now, though I opt to not include the "pearls". It's cash only, but totally worth supporting these smaller businesses when possible versus franchise or larger corporations.

Best Smoothies ever! My favorite is the Mango with Pearls.
