Listen, is it cafeteria food? Yes, but it was the only decently priced food on the *entire* beach. Grab something to go, and then take it to the beach to relax. Cheaper than the Honolulu McDonald's by far. We were so thankful this little spot exists!

We love the convenience of this place, and the staff and kind and professional. Please please please use compostable products. Single serve giant plastic boxes for every food item is a shame, especially being on an island beach!!! Also, let’s get some more menu items that reflect where we are! Hawaiian plate lunches with fried local eggs.. More healthy options too - stir fry bowls with veggies, rice wraps with tofu and veggies, grilled instead of fried options. More fresh snacks- veggie cups, apples with peanut butter, etc. Local farm foods are what people want to support these days! Let’s get some healthy drinks too- kombuchas would be amazing and local coffee would be a great start! Thanks for considering.

Food was OK for the price. Great place to get a quick bite to eat because lines are efficient and food is made like a cafeteria style pulled pork sandwiches very good and people are super nice and friendly. If you want a quick bite to eat to go to sit and watch fireworks. This is the perfect place to go, especially if you’re in a hurry when most restaurants are fully booked out hours in advance. Located steps away from the beach as well.

Convenient and pretty good prices for Waikiki Beach. Good fast service and friendly workers. Very discouraged and disappointed, however, with how much plastic and non biodegradable, non combustible waste and packaging there was. No recycling disappointed, nothing reusable.Everything came in plastic. So much waste and harm to the environment in such a beautiful place.

GOOD portion of food for the price when comparing to the mainland.

Was staying across the way at Hilton, hubby was hungry so was I, but it was super cold and windy and we didn't want to venture too far for dinner. I remembered watching live music at this hotel and people bringing in food despite that they didn't serve it, figured there must be something nearby and went on a lil adventure. Found this place and yay! Got a hot dog, I just adore hot dogs. Don't even care if statistically one knocks like 30m off your life I'm not trying to live to 100 anyways. Also got some really yummy mac and potato salad and a pulled pork sandwich with fries for hubs. I think total was $25 or so, waited maybe 5m, and everybody working here was super duper nice! Cool little place to stop by esp if you need to feed a family there were lots of choices and plenty for kiddos. I bet it's insanely busy during the day with beach goers but closer to their closing it was fast, convenient, good, and "cheap" (for waikiki) food. But then again I'm just biased for hot dogs! Esp since earlier in the day we drove by a Costco and SOMEONEEEE wouldn't exit the freeway so I could get a $1.50 dog+soda. Can't beat a quick easy meal though! =)

Happy's used to have nachos, chili and rice and chili, cheese fries but upon my return this year, I fine that they no longer have those cardiac food items available. I was told it's because of Covid which has been over for over a year. Stop the blame and redo the menu.

Food is pre/par cooked, dying in warmers. Ice cream machine broke. Pre-packaged salads, sandwiches, fruit, food you would typically get at convenience store. Not a healthy option but it is convenient.

Extremely convenient snack bar food. Close to pools and beach. The vegan options are limited, but there's always fries, tots, fresh cut fruit! LOL!

Salads, fried chicken and Kalbi steak were excellent! An alternative to Bibas that is more affordable and frankly, tastes better.

Excellent value for the price. Cafeteria style in military hotel where public can dine at pool bar and this restaurant. I had the fish and chips and a salad both of which were very good. Ate outside at unlit tables. Nothing fancy but very cheap for Waikiki on beach and very good quality. Staff extremely nice

Breakfast food is great here and bowls are plentiful. Had breakfast 2 different days here while staying at the Hole Koa. If you need something quick and good stop here.

Happy's is a really affordable place to grab a quick bite to eat if you're staying at Hale Koa. My family frequented Happy's for their breakfast bowls and fresh fruit during our stay. The serving sizes are decent and prices are fairly low compared to prices you'll see in the area. They are open really early too which is great if you're a little jet lagged. This isn't really a restaurant more of a convenience store with outdoor seating. Depending on the time of day there might be a short line but don't worry it will go by quick.
