Don’t read the other reviews. This place sucks and it’s so overpriced.

Great service from Shannon! Favorite drink of the trip as the Capricious Collins, so refreshing.
The Wagyu hot stone and miso cod were the standouts of the meal.
Came back the next day for another beverage, nice bar staff too!

Not a welcoming atmosphere specially from the lady at the front counter. We visited this place twice and we had to wait for her to come from behind the bar to greet us. No smiles and rude. Second time had to leave after i was seated just because of the initial bad service.

We went to Herringbone Waikiki for happy hour and also celebrate our anniversary. There was no wait for a table and we didn't have reservations.

Josiah was our attentive server. I had the Berry Good Time while Hubby had the Peach Daiquiri. The drinks were well balanced. Then, we shared a dozen Wildcat West Coast Oysters, Gochujang Octopus, Island Chopped Salad, Hamachi Crudo, and Hot Stone Washugyu. Everything was delicious! The oysters were creamy. We particularly enjoyed the hamachi crudo and ordered another one. We ended with the Pandan Dome dessert. It was an interesting sweet ending.

Highly recommend this happy hour if you're in Waikiki.

Tourists BE WARE.

We went to Herringbone with high hopes but came out with absolutely disappointment. We ordered out food which took over an hour to come out. When we did get our food everything was cold. We proceeded to let the management know. He was EXTREMELY rude made it seem as if it was our fault the food was cold. Joke of a manager oh and as for our server he was just as rude. Both of them had high egos and do not care about this business. We got offered nothing and when we did ask for one of the items to be taken off no actions were taken but to be repeated the same thing. DO NOT GO HERE.

Service horrible.
Management TRASH.
Food cold.

Although pricey, our food was so ono! I had the deep fried snapper with truffle ponzu and would highly recommend it - so flavorful and yummy. It was my first time going to Herringbone and I was also so impressed with the ambiance. The perfect blend of classy while also being a nice place to chill. Their outdoor seating area would make for a beautiful venue for a small gathering too!

Reservation was 6:30 pm. First plate arrived at 8:30 pm for 9 people. Too long of a wait. We weee disappointed that when the food finally arrived, it was cold. The manager didn’t offer a drink, dessert or did he seem bother about the delay. He offered to take four meals and a couple sides off the final check after we persist that he give us some redress. This had to be the norm since he appeared unbothered.

Waited 45 minutes for a table and then another 30 minutes for our food to come out cold. When speaking to the manager, I told him I understand that they were busy but for them to send out cold food was unacceptable. And then he proceeded to ask what he can do to make our experience better but then only proceeds to comp only half of our entree. Don’t waste your money eating there.

And funny thing is when walking out the restaurant, we overheard the workers complaining how understaffed they are and how they don’t even have a busboy on the weekdays. That speaks volumes on the restaurant owners and management.

This restaurant in the heart of Waikiki is divine!!! The food is so fresh and exquisite the decor is gorgeous and so inviting and the atmosphere is wonderful, based on the top floor of the international market place mall. The staff are a little slow and can forget things, not so sharp on service but kind nonetheless! Would recommend this to anyone who enjoys a beautiful dining experience! Great for family groups too!

Will never be back. Went there for their 9pm-10pm happy hour. Showed up at 9:13 was told by the bartender to wait for the hostess to seat us. She gets to us at 9:17 and says that unfortunately they aren’t seating customers past 9:15.

My kids saved their appetite for this happy hour as it was such a hit the last two times we went last year. I pleaded my case. The hostess went to talk to her manager to ask for an exception… this manager was the same bartender that had us wait for her. He said no it’s too late. She told us there was no way.

Unacceptable. Be better herringbone. Your happy hour means get seated before 9. Out that on your ads.

Food is like a 4/10 but service is 0/10.
Also wait time for food is a 1/10. Takes forever.
Some items absolutely suck,
Their best item is a 4/10.

Also wanted to mention We ordered a Mai Thai,
Server drops off the wrong item, we tell him and he says “no your ordered this”,

First off we didn’t. Second even if we did who answers like that? lol.
Yeah never coming back.
This should be more so food court stuff

We waited almost an hour to get our food and it was overcooked. We paid $230 for mediocre food. I wish we could get a refund. We will not be coming back. I would give it zero stars if I could. Do not come here.
