The best omakase I’ve ever had. The quality of fish is incredible, it’s clear how fresh and expertly sourced and prepared every piece is and they are generous on every serving. Ray and his team are wonderful, clearly experts in what they do! A must try while in town.

My experience at Hihimanu was amazing! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was serene, the restaurant itself was beautiful, and most of all, the chefs and staff were so kind and welcoming. It was my first time trying omakase, and I have to say I'm a huge fan now. Definitely coming back next time I visit Hawaii!
