Hokkaido Ramen Natsuboshi is situated within a food court, which gives it a spacious feel. Unfortunately, the service was quite slow during my visit, and the food was just okay, not the best I’ve had. If you’re looking for a quick meal, I’d recommend exploring other dining options in the area. On a positive note, I appreciated the promotional displays, which added a nice touch to the atmosphere.

It's located in the food court on the 2nd floor of H-Mart. The regular ramen is delicious, but the monthly ramen is also very delicious, so I often stop by here while shopping.

All I can day is that the food is terrible. Without exaggeration, this is THE worst tonkatsu curry plate that I have had. The pork was tough. The curry bland and watered down. The rice... how can you screw that up?!... was mushy and pastey. The miso ramen wasn't much better. The ramen was overcooked and soft. The dashi was a little on the salty side, but at least the miso taste came through.

Not exaggerating when I say I won't eat here again. Maybe they had a new cook today, but I'm not coming back to find out.

For a big guy like me, the portion of food was too small. However, it was delicious. I will eat it again.

It's located in the 2nd floor food court of H Mart in Kakaako, a trendy spot on Oahu. It was delicious and had lots of vegetables.

Good ramen not too much heavy but thick enough broth. The noodle is thick and a bit chewy side in a good way. Located upstairs H Mart.

I like the food at Natsuboshi but service was subpart. I ordered steak bowl combo and sukiyaki a la carte. The lady gave my friend sukiyaki bowl, miso soup and gyoza first. When asked about the beef bowl, she kept saying that was the whole order. I had to bring the food tray back to the counter to show her. It took her a couple of minutes to figure out there was something missing.

Open air food court. I went early and it was not noisy yet. Ordered the the Special Miso Ramen. Wow. What got me was the amount of Charsiu included. Had 6 good size pieces, soft and tasted great. Was not chewy at but all. Miso broth was a little thin, but when I mixed in the butter wow the broth came alive and thickened up to my liking . Nice picrc of Bamboo Shoots and not the thin slices you get elsewhere. Corn, geen onions and bean sprouts piled in rounded out everything. I enjoyed the bowl of Ramen immensely also because I'm a big fan of Charsiu which made they had more then many other Ramen shops I've been to. I'm going back soon

Parking: I was in the Handicapped space and there was no charge on the ground level

Great quality, but a little pricey beyond the basic options. The large spicy miso plus butter was an excellent choice. For Hawaii, I give this a firm 5/5. If this were Japan, I would give it a 4/5 due to the weird assortment of undercooked vegetables and price. The soup was exceptional, especially with butter. The spiciness was not overbearing and the miso was well balanced. The chashu had excellent flavor and above average texture, but lacked severely in amount. Noodles were good, with no complaints to be had with texture or length of cooking.

Something of a hidden gem when it comes to ramen. The spicy shoyu ramen had a potent kick and came topped with a healthy portion of stir-fried veggies, delightfully smoky char siu, and some huge pieces of menma/bamboo shoot. The broth was well-flavored and the thick Hokkaido style noodles were toothsome and not overly soft. There's a variety of bento bowls like karaage and sukiyaki as well.I'd definitely go again the next time I'm at H-Mart.

Ordered the Tonkatsu rice bowl with an extra side of steamed rice. The chicken was really good. Overall the dish had a great balance of flavors and rice was well made. Would recommend and visit again. So yummy I forgot to take a photo of the dish.
