Went to Da Aloha, finally! I was disappointed by the size of the place but it was decorated nicely. I chose to eat in only because I didn't think a grilled cheese would be good after being in a container. Service was great and was attentive to the in-store customers.

Located on the first floor of Ala Moana, this place is a gem. It's absolutely beautiful on the inside.
Upon entering, you'll be promptly greeted by staff. They've got a variety of different amazing sandwich options from savory to sweet, then offer delectable sides to include local kettle cooked chips, tomato soup, and smoothies too! They do have seating available, but it is minimal. Luckily, if it is busy, the food court is right around the corner for additional seating.
Ultimately, we elected for Da Aloha and The Pastrami seeing as how it was lunch time. Both meals came out in a reasonable amount of time and looked amazing. Luckily for us, the taste matched, and the meal was exactly what we were looking for as something refreshing without being too heavy on an adventure-filled afternoon.

Waited almost 30 minutes for two mediocre sandwiches that cost almost $40. Not much meat on the $17 Pastrami either. Very limited seating had to get it to go because not enough seats.

PLEASE EAT HERE!!!! This tucked away sandwich shop was fantastic. Of course I got the rainbow grilled cheese and waited like a giddy schoolgirl for it. I was not disappointed. It was gooey and amazingly unique and completely delicious. It was mozzerella cheese and the bread was perfectly crispy with like a garlic butter taste. It is completely worth eating at this place. Also, my husband had a smoothie and a pastrami sandwich which was equally delicious. The woman behind the counter was super friendly and easy to chat with.
It is a bit difficult to find. It is located on the bottom floor of the Ala Moana Shopping center. It it located on the outside right outside the foodcourt. Like literally park your car by the first floor food court and walk toward the doors, but before you go in, it is on the left. Seriously guys, if Ala Moana shopping center is on your plan of things to do, go eat at this bistro you will not be disappointed.

This is a cute little hole-in-the-wall bistro. We saw their “Da Aloha” sandwich on Instagram and finally stopped by to try it. The prices were raised $1 each for the sandwich and soup from prices in previous pictures, but hey, you can’t have a grilled cheese without a classic tomato soup, right? The good news is the food was absolutely delicious! The staff were super friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. The vibe was so relaxed, even with all the hustle and bustle of the mall just outside—it felt like a little oasis amidst the chaos!
