It’s been 26 days since I placed my order, and I still haven’t received my cookies. This was supposed to be a gift. The last update was June 20th, and there’s been no progress or communication since. I’ve contacted the company multiple times even messaged on Instagram but got no reply. Very disappointed.

I was looking at all the reviews of how great the experiences they had with this particular store, well my daughter, who got married the previous day, was followed by an asian woman, but she tried to ignore this because we love these cookies some much and are leaving the following day, that this was our only chance to purchase them. But the icing on the proverbial cake was watching the guy behind the counter treat everyone else like real customers, but change his demeanor once she was checking out. If you are a person of color, do not patronize this business. Sad to know I will never eat these cookies again.

This is a “must” on every trip. These locally made shortbread cookies are so good I could not believe it. They offer tons of samples to try the flavors, you’ll really like it. I crushed a bunch of these in the trip. Bought a few boxes for gifts which were a hit. These are spread all over the Waikiki. I saw more of these than Starbucks. Stop by and welcome to your new addiction. Aloha!

The ladies that work in there are some the friendliest people we’ve met in Hawaii!! On top of that they saved my daughters and wife from being attacked outside by a deranged homeless person outside the store and rushed them inside. The assorted cookie’s there were also amazing Thank you
