I was looking at all the reviews of how great the experiences they had with this particular store, well my daughter, who got married the previous day, was followed by an asian woman, but she tried to ignore this because we love these cookies some much and are leaving the following day, that this was our only chance to purchase them. But the icing on the proverbial cake was watching the guy behind the counter treat everyone else like real customers, but change his demeanor once she was checking out. If you are a person of color, do not patronize this business. Sad to know I will never eat these cookies again.

This is a “must” on every trip. These locally made shortbread cookies are so good I could not believe it. They offer tons of samples to try the flavors, you’ll really like it. I crushed a bunch of these in the trip. Bought a few boxes for gifts which were a hit. These are spread all over the Waikiki. I saw more of these than Starbucks. Stop by and welcome to your new addiction. Aloha!

Many flavor varieties of delicious shortbread cookies. They went great with coffee. Fairly inexpensive considering how many we got from the "Build Your Own Box" option. Cute, small storefront with good service. Employees tried to sell their seasonal specials or explain the popular flavors. Went out of their way to point out the free samples of some popular flavors. 5 out of 5! Must try if you love cookies!

The ladies that work in there are some the friendliest people we’ve met in Hawaii!! On top of that they saved my daughters and wife from being attacked outside by a deranged homeless person outside the store and rushed them inside. The assorted cookie’s there were also amazing Thank you

HUGE FA'AFETAI to Honolulu Cookie Company for the way they carefully took care of my order that shipped and made it in great condition to WA State! I was so happy when my niece unboxed it and the chocolate didn't melt and there was dry ice in there too to keep it cool! And shipping was faster than the scheduled 7-10 business days... You guys are DA BESTESS DIS ERF

OMG it was the best customer service ever! I forgot her name but she helped me to provide all samples and introduced me their 25th anniversary flavor. She asked me if I am from HI, and when I answered I used to live in HI then she replied 'Welcome back'. Wow I felt so welcome and aloha from her. The other lady at the casher was so kind too! I'll definitely go back this specific location when I go back to HI. Mahalo!

I've had Honolulu Cookie Company plenty of times before. And believe me, they are delicious!!! So I knew I had to bring this back for family and friends. I live in Vegas, and yes there is a location here. But I am not going anywhere near the strip just to get cookies. So I only get to enjoy these treats when I go back to Hawaii or if someone else brings them back. I love the variety of flavors and that you are able to customize your own gift box. They also have pre-made boxes as well. I'm a huge peppermint fan, so I'm glad I got to try this holiday flavor during our visit. My other favorites were guava and dark chocolate dipped Kona coffee. My kids loved the chocolate chip "pineapple cookies." I spent a small fortune, which came in handy since they have a stamp card. The ladies working at this location were so nice and friendly! They had such great hospitality, even towards tourists who weren't as friendly. But it pays to be friendly towards everyone, as they gave me a few samples during my visits. They even started recognizing me and calling me "Las Vegas." Goes to show how many times I went in there lol. There are quite a few locations on Kalakahua Ave, but I went to this one every single time because of how awesome the staff was. Friendly staff, delicious cookies, pay them a visit!!!
