I found it very odd and inconvenient that there are literally no prices nor descriptions listed for any of the pastries, breads, or cakes. There are no prices/descriptions listed even in their catalog or even on their website. One would have to ask what the fillings and cake flavors, ect. are. Absolutely soooo inconvenient, especially if there are preferences and allergies. I am responsible for providing a cake or cupcakes for the celebration. There are preferences and allergies. Geez why do they make it so hard and inconvenient for the customer????!!! I will probably go with a cupcake/pastry combo mix, but I will most likely go with 85° Bakery or JJ Squared, or even Red Robin. it's just easier as there as they have actual prices listed and descriptions at those businesses.

Our friends treated us to some amazing pastries from this place! I devoured the chocolate cupcake! It was dense, moist, and not too sweet. The icing looks think but it's very light. The bunny cupcakes are too cute! We haven't tried the madeleines, sweet cakes, or the stuffed bread yet. Looking forward to it. I gave 5 stars before trying everything because it was one of the best cupcakes I've ever had!

I love this bakery! Great friendly service and love their coffee and pastries. They make really good Thai Coffee, just wished they had a bigger size! Very bold and creamy taste which I love. Their desserts are always so cute and taste delicious. They have amazing turtle bread and I really enjoy the fried curry donut that they have as well as their Portuguese egg tart, and other pastries as well.

Baked goods so far have been incredible! One of the items we ordered a couple weeks ahead of time (coffee cake, pictured) and the other time was getting slices of tiramisu and strawberry shortcake.

Pastries looked amazing! I bought a dozen of specialty for an office marketing call and the participants looked very excited when I opened the box and told them I picked up at Honu Bakery. Unfortunately, I didn't get to try one. Will do that again next trip, except I'll eat one too.

This is one of my go-to bakery when I am getting cake very last minute, but want it to be presentable and be adorable. They have a wide selection of Japanese style bakery from cream puff, cupcakes, pastries, and more! Great option for those who wants the "not-too sweet" desserts. You can also ask the staff to include a birthday message as well. It is a little bit pricier, but it is worth it!

This is my first time to check this place as we live far from Hon and I just saw the sign that there is a bakery in that area. The turtle bread is to die for. It is very creamy and buttery. Very tasty and not too sweet! You can tell that it is made fresh. I did not try the marble pound cake bc it is for my son. I will taste it later and update thisvreview. The bakery is clean and organized. There is a lot of parking so that is a plus. Service is fast too. I will definitely come again.

Honu bakery has the best turtle bread! My mom loves it, great mix of all the ingredients and texture of the bread. You can get a full size one or a smaller size. They also have cakes available and slices of cake. Some of them are cutely character themed/decorated. They offer lots of drinks too, haven't tried any yet!

Was waiting to pick up something from another place in the Kam Shopping Center so I wandered around and happened upon Honu Bakery a few shops away. Went in just to check things out and found a bakery with an extensive and beautiful array of decorated cakes and cupcakes, along with extensive array of Japanese style pastries from sweet to savory. Diane need anything special so I only bought some cream puffs and a spam musubi styled roll. Spam musubi roll also had egg inside so it makes a nice little breakfast I'd lunch. Cream puff had real custard in it and was delicious. You can also purchase coffees or teas so you can get breakfast or lunch from here. Will return to try more of the pastries and take a good look at the cake and cupcake designs so I can be prepared to order something in the future.

A well kept bakery with a variety of options, though I saw quite a few chocolate-based ones so anyone with a sweet tooth for chocolate can easily find something here. Everything I tried was light and with just the right amount of sweetness. You'd have to go to other places to find more savory options. Definitely will be back to try more of their pastries, pudding,s and cakes. Parking can be found in the busy lot of the Kam Shopping Mall.

Omg cutest bakery!!! So many fun and delicious items. Such cute gifts and if you are looking for a small sweet treat.I have to highly recommend their Mango Panna Cotta. Not super sweet very large and ripe mango. They have the cutest almost Japanese inspired cupcakes with rabbits/bunnies, frogs, cats, dogs, and other animals. Price range from 2.25$ to $6ish- from desserts to small baked goods- savory and sweet. Very beautiful cakes and ready made birthday cakes for quick pick up! can highly recommend this place!
