Best bakery in honolulu. They’re OPEN when all the others aren’t! We got the curry pan and a few other things. Used to go to BRUG but will only go here from now on! Their curry pan has way more flavor and the bread is crispy like. They also have hot delicious coffee and friendly staff. SO GOOD! Thank you Honu bakery!

We love their honu bread! Anytime we’re passing by, we make sure to stop here if there’s a parking in front.

Great local bakery.

Mochi bun: crunchy chewy... like a popover ... but better.
meringue pie: sweet crisp meringue layer over a puff pastry .... soo tasty.
Peanut Streusel/Crumble bun: soft bun with crunchy crumble, perfect balance.

The service is amazing and they serve a curry-filled bread that was one of the most creative and delicious vegetarian savory snacks I've had.
I super recommend the tiramisu cake as well!

Me and another random person came when they were closed but they accidentally left the open sign on lol but the nice korean man let us grab a few bread! Thank you! ☺️

The best bakery in Hawaii. The owner and staff are very friendly and always smiling! I can tell the breads are baked freshly every morning and I will definitely come back!

The cake was amazing. Light fluffy bouncy, not too sweet but just the right amount. Would highly recommend!

Parking: There’s a 20 min free parking in addition to paid parking for longer stays.

Nice staff, cupcakes were dry and uninspired. The cream puff was stale.

I ordered a hello kitty cake and I was in line for a bout an hour and mind you the cake was pre ordered and so I asked where was my cake and they said that they don't know where it went, so when I demanded a cake right now they wanted me to pay again so I left.

Honu bakery has an ono bread. It is called the Honu bread (what they are known for). I like it with coffee or tea for breakfast or just a quick snack. The bread has a light whipped cream with rasins for a filling. It has a very light sweet taste. The only disappointment was the oreo sliced cake. It tasted like plastic. Please try the honu bread. Also, the staff is friendly and helpful when I made a pick up order.
