Had my order canceled twice with no explanation for just 10 breaded wings cajun style! Such trash for customer service, no phone call telling me my item was out! Nothing like the mainland restaurants!

Unlimited wings is awesome but I highly recommend the naked wings. Anything else is pretty much saturated with breading/batter and more breading/batter.

Gross! Gross! Gross! Ordered burger, fries and baked beans. Got the order and was missing baked beans, fries were soggy and the burger was so nasty I ate one bite and threw it away! As a resident of Honolulu I’m disappointed that the tourists have to eat this garbage when they go to this restaurant. McDonalds taste better then this. Was told the manager would call me the following day to refund me, never heard from them. Called and called restaurant and nobody will answer the phone. Voicemail is full. What a crap show!

Set right on the waterfront, this brewery restaurant is a fabulous place to grab a meal and taste some great beers from around the world. the food is very good with plenty to choose from. The beer tasting plate is a must.

We received horrible service from the waitress kendall. We waited about 20 minutes to order. Then we waited an hour for her to even offer the check. She kept by passing us after we had placed down our checks as well. We received no refills on drinks. Within the hour we were waiting on our checks we observed she would go to the food window and turn around and flirt with the gentlemen behind here delaying other people's orders. On top of all that after my wife specifically placed all our debit cards on each receipt she still charged us all wrong. After all that we are probably never coming here again.
