The caesar salad lettuce wasnt nice and green but white, pale and slightly wilted. We have eaten at other steak houses and found the value for what we paid lacking at Hys. Our server was very great and did a great job but the food was disappointing fir what we paid.
Desmond and Cameron were in point and made sure we had everything we needed. Needless to say the food was exquisite. The only snafu for the evening was the fogger for the Islay Fog cocktail wasn't working but they offered a discount for the inconvenience. I even really enjoyed the live guitar player whose music really set the mood.
