Extremely long wait times even though there were at least 10 tables that I could see that were empty. Hostess/ server was completely rude! She should not be working with public!! Then, once we were finally seated horrible service. I work in the service industry so I have total compassion if it's busy, but treating customers disrespectful, rudely, & down right nasty- there is NO excuse for that!
