I enjoyed the breakfast sampler which is a large dish, enough for two $25. Early mornings can be busy and service slower.

Visited this I-Hop while on vacation in Honolulu. Disappointing from start to finish. To begin, there was a 15 minute+ wait time for a restaurant that had plenty of vacant tables. Upon getting to our table, our server informed us that they were out of mushrooms and spinach before 9am for a veggie omelette. There were 2 of us, our food took more than 30 minutes to come out of the kitchen. Food was below mediocre. Our server was not attentive, the experience was very disappointing.

Way too expensive for just an okay breakfast. The omelettes are a bunch of eggs with stuff you have to pay extra for thrown on top. Go to Aloha Kitchen or Denny’s instead! Much better food AND prices!

the staff all seemed to be plodding along, showing no urgency to take orders, or to bring the orders once ready. Forgot a shake for our group of 4, and one plate arrived later than the other 3.

Suzie was wonderful. However it appeared as Suzie was doing all the work! Thank you Suzie :)

Down a cook, must really screw things up, lots of disorganized people working here, definitely needs some direction, bus boy definitely doesn’t want to be there.

Loco Moco was average. Service was great but shorthanded causing a bit of a back up.

An IHOP is an IHOP — nothing too complicated here. The staff was very friendly, but I found the food quality and taste below the standard of other IHOPs I’ve visited. We ordered a classic Hawaiian dish (Loco Moco) and a BYOB (crepes, eggs, bacon, and hashbrowns). Unfortunately, the hashbrowns, which are usually a highlight, were bland and slightly burned on the bottom.

The restaurant itself was clean and comfortable, but it felt dated. The booth covers had noticeable wear and tears, which took away from the overall experience.

Service was helpful and friendly and the people were quiet and didn’t make much noise. Though with what we ordered, which was a bit over a hundred, was very expensive considering we came from the main lands
