We were a family of 12 (8 adults and 4 kids) and they were understaffed. Kacey did such a great job managing everything, and our family was not the easiest but she did the best she could. Our breakfast was great and we really appreciate the Aloha spirit from all the staff. Our service from Michael was excellent even though they were very busy.
