We have waited an hour for our food and it's still not here. Rediculous. Food arrived, poached eggs were hard boiled, meal was overly salty. Most people in our group didn't eat all their meal. Do not waste your time eating here. Food was awful.

Had an amazing experience at IHOP thanks to Dez! From the moment we sat down, Dez was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Our drinks were always refilled, food came out hot and exactly as ordered, and the service was fast without feeling rushed. Dez’s positive attitude and great customer service truly made our visit special. Hands down one of the best servers we’ve ever had—ask for Dez if you come to this IHOP! 🥞✨

Very bad service. Delayed food, took us 35 minutes to bring 3 simple orders. I wouldn’t recommend to people planning to tour anywhere after breakfast. You won’t be able to start on time:(

First and foremost you need to give your servers support. We went there three times, only because it was next door to the hotel, and couldn’t walk that far. Limited Handicap access. But the server individually were great, the lack of them and support, runners, bussers, and hosts was pathetic. Breakfast rush where she had no help with up to 12 tables at my top count, was lack of planning by management. I don’t blame the servers. It starts from above. The food was fine. Greasy diner food. Which I was fine with. The hash browns were under cooked. The atmosphere and cleanliness was directly related to the lack of help. Things sitting in tables that needed to be cleared. So it was clean, but things sitting all over. Oh and over priced for what we got. I get it’s a tourist spot but 60 bucks for two orders of eggs, bacon, toast, hashbrowns, and coffee…pretty bad for simple breakfast, and that’s the seniors menu. Oh the 60 included the tip. So 50 for the food. Wouldn’t suggest if you can walk and find something different.

my server was so nice and friendly. manager Bee came and talk to us. she asks us about our day and recommend the $15 menu that starts at 2pm. pretty good deal. will definitely come back with my whole family.
