The Kona coffee gelato is our absolute favorite — highly recommend trying it! I had an affogato, and it was delicious. The two staff members were super friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. We also got to use our points for a free gelato, which was a nice bonus.

I have visited the Haleiwa location multiple times and it just hits the spot for unique gelato flavors! I also highly recommend any of the crepes ... and of course, the Ube Mochi waffle!!!
Staff friendly and attentive and the place is kept very clean. Definitely worth a stop if you need to pick up a pint of gelato for a family dinner too. ;)

12 dollars for a waffle with bacon. The waffle tastes like nothing, rather disgusting. And the bacon is 5 mini pieces on the whole waffle. Cheeky to sell something like that

My plan was to sit at the stool and order crepes and coffee. I was told to come around to the register before I sat at the stool. Fine. I been here before where I can seat and order . Placed my order than sat at one the stools. Noticed two other just sat at your stools, without being told to order first. Both of these potential customers both were eating non IL Gelato foods. I won't be supporting IL Gelato because of this unfairness. The time 1100am, date 09-29-24
