We just got some ice cream for the kids.
The woman wasn't friendly and didn't give a tip.
Ice cream wasn't tasty now.
The price without the waffle wasn't cheap either, but the balls were nice and small

Next time we'll go to Ice Cream Monster, it's expensive but it's much bigger and it tastes better

We joined here as a Family for an Ice cream. Overall we were negstibely surprised by the offered Service - especially the unfriendly staff (as our Kids didnt immediately know what to choose) and that the Ice cream was too warm and melted quickly. We would go again.

I had mango gelato for my birthday.
It was quite sweet, but it was delicious!

Sadly, this place lacks proper safety measures when it comes to cross-contamination. I have severe allergies to dairy and gluten, and while they advertise dairy-free and gluten-free ice cream options, I noticed that they use the same scoop for different flavors. For example, I saw them use the same scoop for a cookie chocolate flavor and then for the vegan coconut, which poses a serious risk for anyone with allergies. Thankfully, I caught this before an accident could happen, but this kind of oversight could be dangerous for others. I strongly urge the establishment to implement better cross-contamination protocols to ensure the safety of customers with food allergies.

Smoothie is just blended gelato

We came because of the high average stars. It was good gelato but I’ve had GREAT gelato other places. The waffle cone wasn’t super crisp (probably the humidity) and the gelato was a little grainy. It was fine and a good stop but didn’t quite hit all the stars for me.

Gelato was more sorbet than gelato. The four favors we tried were good but the smooth texture of gelato was not there. Server on sat did a great job getting our order right and getting our. Well kept store.

I asked for cappuccino and did not get any foam on it, they don’t even have cinnamon to put in my coffee.

I have visited the Haleiwa location multiple times and it just hits the spot for unique gelato flavors! I also highly recommend any of the crepes ... and of course, the Ube Mochi waffle!!! Staff friendly and attentive and the place is kept very clean. Definitely worth a stop if you need to pick up a pint of gelato for a family dinner too. ;)
