The taste of my coffee was kinda sour, I didn’t get a receipt, paid for a large coffee and received a small size, besides this, the cafe employees are very unfriendly! I'm Disappointed .

Whoever the young lady was that was at the counter on 4/18 for the evening shift should take a hard look at whether or not she should work in customer service or not. Her attitude was absolute horse malarkey and the coffee she served me taste like it was burnt all day for the specific purpose of giving it to customers she deems insignificant. I really wish I would have went back and got my money back but I’ll instead just not go back. Please skip this one.

If you enjoy cappuccinos I would recommend getting them here. Illy beans tend to have a better flavor profile than other beans and the owners are Italian so it’s authentic from start to finish. Seating is tricky some times but I figure it out. People seem to enjoy the gelatos but I’ve never tried it. Looks amazing though.

The service at this establishment is exceptionally poor. The two young ladies handling service are noticeably inattentive and display a lack of courtesy. It would be advisable to consider individuals who are more humble and dedicated for such positions. I would not recommend patronizing this establishment for ice cream, as there are plenty of other options in the vicinity

This is the only place we come to get coffee. The espresso has the perfect creaminess to it and the pastries are fresh, warm, and delicious. It is a kiosk in the mall but has a whole seating area so you can truly enjoy your time. Also, the gelato scoops are always perfect looking, aesthetically, it is all so pretty!
