Supposed to be a healthy spot. The açaí bowl is basically ice cream... also I wanted the pineapple bowl Apparently I said it wrong so it didn't come in a pineapple and when I attempted to tell the girl that's not what I wanted , instead of fixing it, she just fought with me about it. I ended up paying $14 for something I didn't evenn want. So basically rude staff & overpriced food(if you can call it that)

The açaí bowl is good. But the service is horrible!!! The staff are snutty and rude. I ordered an açaí bowl for to go , it was served without a lid.. so I asked and www told the "there's no Lid"... that's all no other explanation! They need a better staff so customers will continue to patronize this place.

It's always a struggle to find vegan food. The food hall is a great venue to bring family/friends, and I'm happy there's something I can enjoy as well. My favorite item is the loco moco. It tastes wonderful and it's nice to feel like you're experiencing something local.

the food is amazing! super delicious. however, they are out of something almost every day and the staff is super rude and dismissive. i haven't met a staff member yet that was friendly or even smiled!

In a city full of touristy overpriced crap food this place is such a GREAT find!! I'm vegan and there are no choices around so I was so happy to stumble upon this spot. I'm now here for my third time in a row and every time I've tried something new and everything has been delicious, fresh, and super unique and tasty. Big thanks and love to Indie Girl for keeping me fed on this trip!!

Love the Kailua sunrise salad and the avocado toast here. Delicious and nutritious. Highly recommend this place if you are sick of all the other meat and carb options everywhere else.

I love the smoothies and Acai bowls here at indie girl, the coffee is great too. Michelle, the indie girl at the register was very sweet and helpful with navigating through options and selecting something that was right for me. There was quite a few people there and she was very good managing people ready to order and putting out orders timely all with a smile on her face. I'll definitely come back because of the amazing service and the menu ain't that bad either, thanks Michelle!

Found this place thanks to a lovely mall security guard, it is located in The Street. You all know that I live for a good Açaí bowl so I went with this pineapple bowl. Menu did not list ingredients but one of the friendly staffers rattled off all of the fruits I would find in pineapple shell. After 5 minutes I was digging into a delightful fruity heaven. Only draw back was I couldn't get enough... the açaí was on top and granola was on the bottom & it seemed like we had more granola than açaí. I suggest you turn your pineapple upside down if you like to eat everything together. I will definitely come again & Try one of their other bowls.

The worst wrap ever. I ordered indie wrap and that was totally no taste. So dry, without any flavor, full of spinach and that's it. Another day I tried açaí bowl, açaí it's good but there is too much sugar, granola and coconut are fully covered in sugar and on the top they add honey, for me that's too much. Açaí bowl supposed to be healthy, but in this case it's not. Unfortunately.

Way to much shoyu but on the flip side my husband had rice so there was the fix to that problem. They have really good eggplant!

The food here is absolutely divine which makes me so very sad because the staff here albeit the lovely cashier gentleman with mini braids and eye glasses who is always smiling the staff is questionable First off... the food preparer in the baCK WAS WEARING NO GLOVES NO GLOVES !!!! So I asked why no gloves , and one of the other workers said ... oh you want him to wear gloves ? Duh !!! I almost asked for a refund Afterwards my food was ready , and the girl with whipped eyeliner who brought it out looked as if it was the worst thing she could possibly think of doing And zero personality The food dish . Vegan Loco Moco was phenomenal but how can one get all the good stuff from such a healthy plate, when the attitudes and energy of those representing the place and the preparers of your food are terrible and borderline obnoxious ? Maybe a swift change of staff or some sensitivity and customer service training may help to improve not only the quality of the food but of the overall experience I will give this place a third try in a few months to see if the staff have improved and take the risk an upset staff serving my food. We shall see

I've never written a review before but felt inclined to after dining at this restaurant today. The food is quite delicious. Its amazing that vegan can be so tasty and I was very impressed with the menu. The reason for such a low score is due to the very bad service I experienced by the young woman behind the counter. She was quite rude and stand offish. Its a shame when the food is so amazing but those that are serving it leaves a bitter taste in my mouth.

The person in front was very friendly. I ordered the Notorious I.V.B. Surprise to see the burger was huge, deff a filler but it had no flavor. No type of seasoning. Not worth the price. Will not got back but not the worst out there.

Skip it. Tasty food but VERY SLOW!! Waited 25 minutes for a veggie burger, even tho there was no other orders ahead of mine and nobody behind me. Employees stood around, ate, cleaned glasses, talked, put fruit in containers. I'm not sure what they were doing, but it wasn't making a veggie burger! I even asked them nicely for the status and they brushed me off and told me it wasn't ready yet. I picked this place because I thought it would be quick and I had to hurry to catch a flight. I was certainly wrong! Veggie burger was good, and I liked that they peeled the avocado for you. It was a tasty dish. However, the veggie burger came WITHOUT A BUN!! It had rice and beans instead. Who makes a veggie burger without a bun? I'm disappointed by that. The credit card machine asks you if you want to add a tip amount right away.... for a place in the mall food court. Glad I didn't tip (I never do unless it's a sit down restaurant). But then again, maybe that's why it took so long..... I will not be coming here again.

Indie Girl is such an amazing Vegan Treat! My family isn't Vegan so this location is great because there are options at other places for my family. The service is always great and the workers are super friendly. They even let me substitute items. My favorite is the Loco Moco with Kale instead Of rice, and I get a side of he Tahini Dressing. Soo good!! Please open an Indie Grill in Orange County please please please
