Giving five stars for my second time trying. First time was their passion fruit and lychee tea, it tasted like sweet water ‍ I didn't want to leave a bad review at that time. 2nd time was today, I ordered their brown sugar milk tea and it was just perfect. It hit the sweet spot so I'm writing a review. This was ordered through DoorDash. Service was fast and drinks were carefully made. The boba was sweet and just the right amount of chewy. I'd recommend if you're craving for a sweet drink. No review for the ambiance as I haven't been here personally, but will try next time. All in all, will definitely order again when I need a milk tea fix at work.

Drinks were good but more on the pricey side @ $10 a piece for a large but oh well. What really ruined my experience was the girl who answered the phone & was so rude there are ways to tell someone you can't hear them clearly in a nice manner. Finally went to go inside to go grab my order wasn't acknowledged for 5 minutes nor was I given a simple "thank you" or "have a nice day". We all have bad days but sheesh have some decency especially if customer service is apart of your job. I literally work in customer service too & sure I gotta fake my mood sometimes but frick smile and have a good time. I promise you work won't be as draining if you have a positive outlook.

Make sure to say you want less ice when you order. I usually do at boba places, but I forgot at Infinitea. I got a regular size Royal Milk Tea with boba and there was so much ice that I was 3/4 done with my drink before I even left the parking lot! That's ridiculous and so disappointing. $5.60 for literally 8 sips (yes, I counted). To their credit, their teas taste good. But unless the amount of ice today was a fluke, they're really ripping you off on quantity. The amount of tea that was actually in my cup was probably less than half without the ice, which is worse than any other boba place I've been to at "full ice."

Drove here cause I wanted a sweet drink and it was the only place that closed late. I ordered thai tea & it was flavorlessssss... like hoooow? Whoever worked nightshift of 11/03/2023, was very childish and honestly worst drink i've ever had. I literally took 1 sip and tossed it in the trash the second I walked out. I've had bad thai tea before but this was beyond the worse, no flavor no sweetness. I can vaguely taste the thai tea. I'm not the type to be rude and make a fuss and ask to remake a drink either. The cashier overall was okay in the beginning and started acting childish with the way he changed his voice in a drag queen way towards us, just to make his friends who were sitting there laugh. Im sure its not the company or every single worker there. Just the ones working nightshift this day. The location in Kapolei, wayyy better.

I didn't know they were issued a red placard before I went! To save you from putting in research, they got the red card because their handwashing station was broken and leaking wastewater - UGH! But if they're open, I guess that means they fixed it. Putting that aside, the consistency leaves much to be desired. I work at a lot of different locations around the island and I used to be able to rely on this place for boba when in the area. Recently, my last few trips hasn't met my expectations. 1. If you open at 10, shouldn't boba be ready at 10? I came in at 10:20 and boba wouldn't be ready for another 20 minutes. 2. I wish the FOH would be more presentable and stop being used for storage. I get "the blip" stopped people from hanging out, but maybe it's time you brought back the tables and put your boxes in the back not in view of customers. I would love to study or do work here! The more time I spend here, wouldn't that mean I spend more money? Starbucks cut their seating availability to 1/3 of what it used to be so it's so competitive and hard to find a place to sit and work. 3. You guys should really update that menu on the wall. There's so many "SOLD OUT" products, but it's been that way for months if I've been tracking correctly. On a happy note, this is the ONLY place I've found in my orbit that makes a Honeydew milk tea that tastes like Melona. So, I'll come back for that, but please have your boba ready!

Love their wintermelon milk tea. The staff are super friendly and they make drinks fast. This is typically a take out place with limited space inside. They used to have the monster sized drinks which I heard they are discontinuing. It's a shame, I used to drive out to this location just for that.

I think I just found my fave boba place on island!Im originally from the Bay Area, where the abundance and over saturation of boba shops of all shapes and sizes are. I also used to own a boba shop back in the day, so I understand how competitive it can be to source ingredients and keep up with a creative and noque menu that separates you from the rest. We originally doordashed from this place one lazy night and were pleasantly surprised by the goodness of our drink. Fast forward to 3 days later.. we decided to check out the place in person. Located in Kam shopping center, on the corner next to McDonald's-- this place is a bit camouflaged in the plaza and I can't believe we've missed it every other time we came to the plaza. What we got:- Oreo milk tea w/ boba and egg pudding: so nice, I got it twice! Infinites makes boba CORRECTLY. Not too soft, not too chewy. And sweetened with brown sugar syrup. The boba alone, makes them my fave place as most places on island either overcook the boba and/or don't sweeten the boba in honey or brown sugar. The egg pudding is also made to perfection, perfectly cubes into straw friendly pieces. I opted for 50% sweet and it was PERFECT with the Oreo pieces. I loved how you can also taste the flavor of the tea, rather than just sugar. - Pineapple passion smoothie: my boyfriend loved this. Not too sweet, perfectly tangy. - Blue Sky (bubble gum smoothie with vanilla ice cream): my boyfriend ordered this on the 2nd visit. He's a lover of bubble gum/cotton Candy/ cake icing flavors so I joking called it out when we were looking at the menu in store. To my surprise, he actually ordered it and I must say... it was pretty damn good. Overall, this place has my heart (and $$). Their tea quality and boba quality are by far the best I've had on island!

Yikes prices really sky rocketed. Got two drinks and came out to $21.25! At other boba shops, I could've gotten 3-4 drinks for that price. One was a small smoothie and and the other was an extra large plantation. Thought I would save money for getting the smoothie in the smallest size, but nope! And usually a plantation is only $4-$6 at other tea places. The plantation here was $12...

Super convenient boba spot at the Kamehameha Shopping Center! Has all of your milk tea favorites (thai tea and other flavors), smoothies, lemonades, plus their own specials. Not much seating space but still cute, more of a grab and go spot. Overall, this is my go-to boba choice if I don't feel like going too far out of the neighborhood.

Used to come here often before we moved away from Kalihi. After a lot of tea shops I went to, this is still my favorite, though Its like really overpriced now so I dont come often even if I have the chance to. Really good stuff tho!

Any time I'm craving milk tea, this is my place to go. Their menu isn't complicated at all, the price is decent, and the location is perfectly in a shopping center. I have enjoyed their teas here since I tried their at their other location by Keaumoku before. The Ube in Love was the first I've tried, and it was amazing. If you like coconut and ube, then that is the drink to get. This time I got me the Royal Milk Tea with coffee jelly. I love their black milk tea, because you can still taste the tea flavor, and they don't drown it with too much milk. I also love their coffee jelly. I like how their jelly is firm and chewy. The coffee flavor is there too. So it makes for a great afternoon pick me up.The service here at Kams is good. It's mostly young folks working here, so usually when I come in they' don't automatically great the customers. But once they acknowledge you're there, they're great at getting the order down, making recommendations, and getting your order done quickly. It's small inside, and since the pandemic, there's no room or place to sit inside and hang out. So it's just take out right now. The menu is on a cute chalkboard style, so there's no like pictures of the different drinks too. But on the window, there are their popular drinks. It's great here, and I would recommend this place!

Vast menu of milk tea, smoothies, and teas. They have combos that I haven't seen at other boba places.
