Coffee is fine, food is not very good. "Plate" I was given was a moldy wooden cutting board. Workers were often rude to me and other customers.

I am very pleased with the atmosphere and the quality of food and coffee.! I found it coffee quite expensive though . For 2 ppl having 1 coffee and 1 sandwich each we paid 56$.

They didn't give me the correct change for $13, so I took it back, but they didn't give me $3, so I kept waiting at the counter.
Even though I saw them waiting, they pretended to be busy and didn't even come to the counter.
… The service is the worst. Don't come.

The inside of the store is large and there are quite a lot of seats, so it seems comfortable, but the problem is that the Nomad store is long and the seats are not open very often.

I wish there were more seats, but it's tight.

I absolutely love this coffee shop! I visited several times during my stay in Hawaii. They offer a fantastic variety of coffee options, including delicious seasonal flavors. The staff is friendly and welcoming, creating a great atmosphere. They also serve some tasty food, making it a great spot for a quick bite. It’s also a perfect spot to relax or get some work done. Highly recommend!

Cold service, defensive cashier who insisted that the 16oz biscotti latte was correctly charged at $7.95 when the menu says it should be $7.45. Staff became argumentative and it was a take it or leave it attitude that i didnt stay to even get anything. DO NOT PATRONIZE unless you enjoy such service when getting a simple coffee.

Located in a quiet corner of the Ala Moana Mall, it feels like a little oasis away from the hectic crowds nearby. Same menu as all Island Brew Coffeehouses and coffee quality is what it is. I usually get a smoothie.

The haipua café latte was good! The staff was friendly. I asked about the words that I don't know (such as haipua) and he answered me kindly. I had the coffee for take away. One thing weird about this cafe is that it's located inside a mall, but all the customers seated are using their laptop and no one was chatting 🤔

The older man making the coffee was very unpleasant. He got pissy with me because i asked for cream on the side and extra sugar packets because there were none on the counter. He ruined my experience here

Went here over the weekend cause my other study place / coffee shop was crowded. (Honestly I think this place was not intended for people to study and eat, but it became a place where people love to study at.)

Free wifi and decent size seating area makes it a good spot for studying. However, getting glares from the grouchy looking cashier was also part of it. The other employees seem friendly.

The food was good, pretty normal price in comparison to similar places around kakaako / ala moana area. Highlight was the cold brew, it was good.

Atmosphere was not bad. Lighting in the back area is made for people to enjoy their meals, while the front area has good lighting...for studying. Lol
