Great coffee shop but only issue is worst customer service ever
Unprofessional barista makes latte taste differently each time I ordered
I used to visit at least 3or 4 times /week
But not any more.
It would be really nice if staffs treat their customers with warmth and show professionalism , so more customers will appreciate it

My friend likes to come here for coffee in the morning, so we came per her recommendation. This place has every Torani flavor you can think of. I decided to order the raspberry mocha latte and my boyfriend got the dark chocolate mocha latte. Both were amazing, but I wish I could taste the coffee a little more. The following days we came, I got the biscotti latte- because it tasted like marzipan/ almond-and he got a caramel latte. Still I wanted to taste the coffee more, but if you like a sweeter coffee it's perfect. We also got a cinnamon roll, which was amazing. It was flaky like a croissant, but also fluffy. I really enjoyed coming here, as the staff was nice, and the seating options were great inside and outside. They had tables and a booth inside, with large booths outside that were very comfy.

May2025 Independent local cafe vibes here with plenty of remote working customers. Its laid back and secluded location provides an ideal workspace or a place to just meet up for a bit.

Normally, I don’t write any comments or reviews online. But I have to say the customer service there are very BAD AND VERY UNFRIENDLY. They really have to fix their attitude and manner. We ordered the Biscotti latte and iced mocha and I spent $15 and the coffee it wasn’t tasted good but that’s ok, what makes me dislike about was the service there. Don’t go there. There’re a lot of better coffee and better service out there!

Great shop. Only issue is quality control. I come often and it seems the drinks are never consistent/made the same way. Whether that be chai latte, matcha latte, etc. I think the recipes should stay consistent so returning customers know what quality to expect. Aside from that, very nice space and great customer service.

Staff is friendly and is always trying there best but customers are sometimes very inconsiderate and hogs seats. Other times people leave there stuff and go shopping which is not allowed.
