Great çostumer and room services and maintenance. ABNB is also available. Reasonably priced. Walking distance to any restaurants and stores. Great View Pool and Jacuzzi Available The room that we stayed in looks outdated. Mini kitchenet is really mini. Nevertheless, it's functional. Parking is available, but costly.
Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

My sis and I visit there on the 24th of September. First time to visit Hawaii ?.
First of all, the room my sister and I stayed in smelled dank (because the carpet was wet and it smelled like old rug), the tub was NOT CLEAN AT ALL (had mildew by the drainage area and the water wasn't going down properly), the hallway always had this smell, like trash (sometimes) and something else, I just can't figure it out ??. Secondly, the 2nd night we stayed, we had to go to a different room due to the battery, for the key, was dead. It took 2 hours to get that settled (it was after midnight), and we had to wake up SUPER early for our outing the next day. I was EXHAUSTED ????. But the lady who worked that night was VERY helpful, and she did everything possible to get this situated and made sure my sister and I had a new room (I did get my service fee refunded back to me) and the other guy who took over made sure we got all our luggage out tye other toom safe n sound ???. Thirdly, the roaches inside the hotel rooms but didn't see not ONE outside the hotel surroundings, hmmm.....so there for, this place has a SERIOUS pest control problem ??. I live in the desert, and I do see nature bugs around houses, and they find a way inside. But THESE TYPE OF ROACHES are the ones where the area is dirty, has mildew somewhere, has trash in the area, or just anything disgusting within the area. Those types of roaches should NOT BE INSIDE ANY HOTEL ROOMS......PERIOD ??♀️?!
Love the people who were the front receptionist ?. They were very kind, sweet, and helpful, but the hotel overall wasn't it for me. Sorry, not sorry ? ??♀️.

Stayed at a condominium type hotel for 16 days. I am writing this review because I was treated badly at the shop in the pool area. The Asian lady who is always there at the store is very rude and doesn't speak a single word. A person who appears to be my son wearing glasses is also obstructing the space. When I tried to take the basket, she looked at me and called me names in her native language. I'd rather not let my adult son play with the basket or products than say bad things or discriminate. The products here are priced much higher than the ABC Mart near the hotel, which caters to tourists. My trip was suddenly ruined by the store staff's discriminatory behavior. I immediately left the area and went to another store. I will never use this shop again and plan to contact the hotel's customer center. The location of the hotel and the view were great.

A long-established condominium/hotel. We operate our condominium rooms as hotel rooms and outsource management and services. It has 44 floors and has city views (cheap) and Diamond Head views (can only be seen on the upper floors and is expensive). The rooms are up to the standards of the hotel management company, rated 2-3 stars, and the service does its best. Pool, cabana, jacuzzi, sauna, coin laundry, barbecue set, all free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis.The biggest attraction is that it is only 2 minutes from Kuhio Avenue and 5-6 minutes from Kalakaua Avenue, and shopping and dining are available on average at the time of closing. You can enjoy it until 10 o'clock. Other hotels in the neighborhood don't have pools, so this is a good deal.
Nearby activities: In our neighborhood, there is ZIGU (Let's Eat Local), which is ranked number 1 among restaurants.
Safety: There are only hotel condominiums around so it's completely safe.
Walkability: Although not recommended after dark, the boardwalk along the Ala Wai Canal is crowded with walkers and dogs from sunrise to sunset.

- A rotten smell emanates from the trash cans provided on each floor. - The service manager was friendly, but even though I mentioned the garbage smell problem, he seemed to have no heart or will to solve it. - It is very noisy at night, including sirens, cars, and motorcycles. - The garbage can smell is really bad. It comes into the room and ruins all the good vibes of the room. The lower floors have a strong smell, but the upper floors seem to be less of a problem. - The air conditioner was so old that it smelled like mold, so I couldn't use it after turning it on a few times at first. - Parking costs $40 per day or $200 for 5 days. It's the worst. -The rooms are not bad. - The elevator is old, but there is no problem. - The lock in the room is old and does not work well.
Rooms are not maintained and clean and cockroaches found in the kitchen. Pool and Jacuzzi and all others amenities close really early at 9pm so they kick everybody out. Room full of dust so does that are allergic to dust good luck. I really am not picky as a person and usually never complain but this has to be a joke. Room service is every 3 days and you pay so much for the staying fees. TERRIBLE CHOICE IN 2024

Rooms: Room is clean. But the bed mattress is covered with like plastic so when you sleep on it. It does not feel good and comfortable.
