Never come here, I promise you please don’t come here, it’s not even worth the drive or wait for the food, you’re better off getting pre packed bbq at the market, this place is bad, I’m saving yall a trip. This place is is like if some dude took a van and just microwaved store cooked meats and charged $10 for it
Avoid it like the plague.
Ok, so first red flag...1. He wasn't wearing gloves and had dirty disgusting hands .2. He didn't even give us sodas to wash down that culinary abortion he tried to pass as bbq. He asked me if I wanted soda and didn't charge me...3. He raised the prices 3 dollars on our sandwiches and 1 side higher than the listed price .4. The food was disgusting. Sauce burned.. the food tasted like a taste I have never tasted before. It was horrible. He needs to be shut down....really.
First time trying this truck...BUT never again!!.!!!....Portion of potato salad was small as was the pulled pork sandwich..pork was dry and almost crunchy.
On habite à l’autre bout de la France et on les suit depuis six mois parce que je me suis passionné pour le fumage. Nos attentes étaient grandes et nous sommes très critique.
Rice was spoiled, dosent seem to clean or organized inside. Was just trying to get lunch on my 20min lunch break just to waste $20 go 2 small Pieces of brisket and spoiled rice. Never again
Went for dinner at Kaheka location. He does other locations for lunch.Ordered:Brisket & Ribs combo with rice & slawDinner frank with chili and side potato saladBrisket was tender, juicy, and smoky delicious. Ribs were fall off the bone. Bbq sauce was also smoky delicious. Slaw was good - not the commercial restaurant type. Rice was plain as it should be but was cooked just right - not dry.Dinner frank with chili was hearty. Chili could use more seasonings by itself but it matched the seasoned frank perfectly. Potato salad was herb-y and homemade flavored and good.If you want homestyle smokehouse bbq food, this is the place. Chatted with owner and he is on 2 hours of sleep a day, busy cooking. Very friendly guy.
Délicieux, fait avec passion, un food truck gourmet et gourmand
je recommande "jo" car tout est fait avec amour et les produits sont frais et locaux ils leurs manquent des étoiles
Worst portion and food ever had in my life. Paid $20 for the brisket. Portion was so small my friends laughed at me all the way home. Showed other people in my neighborhood the plate, they mocked me. Food taste like it came out of a microwaveable box. Please do not ever by from this fool. I shouldve took notice how cluttered his food truck was with junk. Food truck should be condemned.
Restaurantji Recommends
Ordered four things from bitesquad, the country ribs, brisket and beans w/brisket came out disappointing as the sauce tasted burnt. Almost as if it had been sitting all day and was the last part of the pot. The brisket has two pieces for $23 and the country ribs had three as well for $25. Even the rice tasted like instant rice with zero flavor. Not worth the $70 spent would not recommend trying this place.
First time visit to this food truck. No one in line or around the truck, that should’ve been a sign.Ordered the brisket plate with potato salad and slaw, $18The brisket was ok, but only 3 small slices, really..The slaw had zero taste and the potato salad was some kind of “special blend”, nothing like I’ve ever had.Overall, just due to the cost and portion sizes, I would not recommend this place.
Tout est excellent les propriétaires sont très sympa et professionnels ils savent de quoi ils parlent bravo à eux
