I love their food! They push out their own unique version of so many classic sandwiches and salads,
Large menu, lots of selection. Fresh, made-to-order menu with super healthy salads. Reasonably priced!
Looks nothing like the other photos in the review. Walked in and felt guilted into following through and ordering something. 1 guy working, outdated technology, microwaved food…
Should’ve went to Aroma Italia instead 😩
Love this hole in the wall burger good veggies on it
I got all of this for just under $15. That’s crazy for 2025, this place is a hidden gem!
I got a 1/2 lb burger with fresh avocado and bacon, lettuce tomato. That’s double the meat you get at McDonalds largest burger, less expensive, and it’s fresh on a sweet bread bun. You can also get a full lb meat burger. The owner makes the fries fresh to order too, and I got a large drink. Burger is really juicy, I recommend getting it with the avocado and bacon.
Store keeps the lights dim but they’re open. A lot of people come in to take their food to go. Really affordable and fresh
I finally got around to trying this spot, and glad I did! The burger was delicious, just what I was craving. The service was quick, I didn’t have to wait long at all. Best part? It filled me up without putting a dent in my wallet 👍🏾
Very affordable prices for really good food! They got amazing onion rings and cheesesteaks from what I got. Can be little loud during the evening because of the judo classes above, other than that, really good atmosphere. Would recommend!
Our visit here was pretty disappointing consisting of average food and awful service but it’s saving grace is affordable pricing. Our burger was nuked through and resembled a cow pie that’s been baking in the sun. We also ordered a marinara pasta that was surprisingly sweet which our toddler wouldn’t touch. Worst of all was the service. When I asked for a cup of water, the owner refused and said “you can purchase water bottle for $3”. The only thing I felt positive about was that my purchase was under $40. I would skip this one and spend your your time and money somewhere else.

Used to like this place but it seems like the standards have lowered. Ordered 4 burgers and only got 3. The lettuce was old and made the burger taste like an old fridge. I’d say if you are looking for a greasy burger, go ahead, but they lack freshness and quality which gives the impression of negligence

This place is way better and cheaper than McDonald's. For $15 I could get a meal at McDonald's with sad fries and a 1/4lb basic burger. Here for $15 I got a large drink, fries, and a 1/2lb huge burger with fresh avocado and bacon and cheese, fresh lettuce and tomato, plus it's made with real fresh beef. The fries here are large crinkle cut and they are piping hot, crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside and delicious. You can also choose onion rings.
I really think it's good to support local and the owner is really nice, there's tons of seating indoors or outdoors and the new marketplace is so pretty under the big trees. Definitely come here if you're looking for affordable good burgers!

Ordered penne pasta. The sauce was delicious. It was a lot of food, but it was so delicious that I finished it all. Next time I want to try a burger.

It's been a long time since we've been here. Prices are very reasonable and my pastrami reuben was delicious!

Great food at a great price. Everything was cooked fresh and served piping hot. The burgers are hand-made - no frozen patties!

This is a small mom and pop in the Manoa Marketplace. The food was fair. It could use more flavor or some salt and pepper. A extra kick of umami in the mushroom burger I had would have helped. Perhaps some more salt or beef stock in the gravy for the loco moco, too. It's been around a long time so it's a neighborhood staple. There were quite a few local regulars coming in, I did notice that many were older and the lower sodium was intentional for them. It is a mom and pop store and I believe they were helping their regulars control their sodium. The interior was very clean, a huge plus when so many places lack staffing. The decor was functional and showed age. I grabbed a seat and waited for my order and quickly left to enjoy the cool Manoa air. I would come back to try something else.
