They sat us next to the bathroom in the way back corner and didn't even pay attention to us. It took 15 minutes for them to realize we were there. The servers did not even look our way to see what we needed. Had to wave my arm for 5 minutes for them to come.
I have been here multiple times before. My spouse likes their chocolate lava (hot and iced). Their loco moco is huge. I try to eat something new every time I visit. Gluten free foodie married to a creature of habit. The menu is familiar yet varied enough to satisfy both of us. For this day we originally had a large group (10+) reserved. I received a personal phone call asking if we would prefer to be seated in the private room. When I explained that half of our party had just canceled they said we could still use the private room if we preferred. We chose to sit at a regular table and had a great time. One of the main reasons we chose this restaurant is that our party had some guests with dietary preferences and restrictions. There is a plant based menu and the other side has the gluten free menu options. And yes, if you are vegan with gluten issues there will be food for you too. All of the food was delicious. I heard rave reviews about the ulu. The açaí bowl was demolished. Only two people had leftovers that they packaged up to go. I like the shrimp baguette on a gluten free over the burger (or at least I was craving the shrimp over beef that day). The burger was still filling and tasty.
Incredible food - we tried every morning different coffees from latte to mocha and anything in between, with incredible açai bowls and the best burger in this case was wagyu burger I've ever had in my life. The surface was impeccable. Everyone was really friendly and the location A+. I recommend this spot to everyone that comes and visits Waikiki
I went to the coffee shop next door, but it was full.
I was told that I could also order at the wine bar next door. I was also able to enjoy coffee and acai balls at a leisurely pace.

Love this place - the wine choices are amazing & the food is the best! Services is always so friendly & great.
Delicious food and drinks. So many options. We ate here every morning and tried something different each day. Wagyu loco moco was soooo ono! Excellent avocado toast and acai bowls.
Mango PB sandwich is delicious!
Best food in the island . Best value, servers are friendly. It gets busy so just be patient & polite while standing on the line.

Located within one of the malls, this restaurant was a good find in that it had a lot of vegan options! The portions were pretty big. I liked that you could get breakfast for dinner!
I got the tempura tofu poke bowl. It could definitely be shared. My partner got the cheese burger, which was hefty!
Vegetarian options: Lots of vegan options! And mindful to include plant-based protein.

Ordered breakfast and there were egg shells in the dish. Told the server who laugh it off saying that’s what happens when you get an egg dish. He was incredibly rude. I when I order breakfast and it costs $25 I don’t want egg shells. Terrible, slow, awful experience.

We visited this restaurant twice, and both times we were impressed with the beautiful surroundings and delicious food. The eggs Benedict were outstanding, and the smoothies were incredibly tasty. Overall, our dining experience was excellent.
However, there was a strange incident on our second visit that left a sour taste in our mouths. When we arrived for breakfast, we were told that the restaurant didn't have a bathroom, which was surprising since we had used it the day before without any issues. The staff seemed unwilling to let us use the facilities, and it took some persistence on our part to finally get permission to use the bathroom.
The whole experience was quite bizarre, and it's a shame because it tainted our otherwise positive impression of the restaurant. Hopefully, this was just an isolated incident, and the management will take steps to ensure that customers are treated with respect and dignity.
Despite this issue, we would still recommend this restaurant for its great food and ambiance. Just be prepared for some “unusual” policies.

I had loco moco and eggs Benedict for brunch. It's just delicious.
There was a huge line at the cafe next door, so I ate there, but you can also order from the cafe menu next door. Acai balls and coho.
It's quite noisy if you sit outside.
