Extremely disappointing service. We were seated and received our food, but no utensils were provided—we had to ask the server ourselves. My mother ordered a glass of wine, and although there were at least three staff members working, they were mostly walking around chatting. No one seemed to care.
By the time we were nearly finished eating, the wine still hadn’t arrived. I asked a female server if they had forgotten it, and she replied, “Oh no, absolutely not—I remember your wine.” Only then, about two minutes later, did my mother finally receive her drink—when we were already done with our meal.
Other tables around us were served attentively, but we were ignored—not only with the wine, but also basic things like utensils. As two Asian women, we can’t help but wonder if this was discrimination.
We still left a decent tip, out of respect—but we will never return. I would not recommend this place to anyone who expects even basic service.

Had breakfast here the day before and it was so good we had to come back. Service was great and the food was some of the best we've ever had for breakfast! Highly recommend the brioche eggs and the crab scramble. Specialty drinks were delicious. I would definitely recommend this restaurant

We came here several times for breakfast throughout our stay. My wife says their vegan breakfast sandwich was the best she’s ever had. It was fresh and delicious. The mimosas were great, coffee fantastic and service very quick and friendly. Awesome place for breakfast!

Food is ok but service sucks especially the front desk. Ignoring the line calling with her wishes when ask just ignore with bad attitudes.

We love the island vintage shave ice and island vintage coffee shops. I passed by this place for 5 years and never thought to try it out. But my husband finally convinced me to give it a go. We came here because we heard about their happy hour.
Weird thing is neither the hostess nor the waitress informed us about their happy hour or gave us a happy hour menu. I was confused and had to ask for it. I think they should advertise their happy hour because it was almost completely empty when we came at 5pm.
Anywho, we ordered following items: the chicken and fries from the kids menu for our toddler, poke over fries, ahi dip, chicken wings and the wagyu mushroom burger.
Overall the food was pretty good, our favorite was the Wagyu mushroom burger. All the other dishes had good flavors too even the kids menu item.
Service could be improved but we will be back to try brunch

I have dined at the wine bar several times and loved the food.
Before catching my flight, I wanted to get the loco moco for takeout. I called 20 min beforehand and was redirected to online ordering.
THE ONLINE ORDERING DOES NOT WORK. All of my payment methods were denied. I went to the counter and explained the issue, but was told “it’s not their business” and was sent to wait in the long line at the café instead.
After waiting in line for about 10 minutes, I was finally told the wait time for orders would be around 30 minutes, and I had to give up on ordering. This was a very disappointing experience. It doesn’t make sense to have takeout and dine-in orders all in one line. The wine bar staff could have easily told me the wait time up front, especially since I made it clear I was short on time.
It’s very disappointing when you loved a place’s food enough to get it as your last meal before travel, but encountered ridiculous ordering problems and have time wasted like this.
If you can’t improve your service, at least FIX THE ONLINE ORDERING. Throughout my interactions with three different servers — over the phone and at the wine bar counter — I didn’t feel respected or helped at all. Honestly, it felt like they just didn’t care.

Their burgers (@ $25) are amazing - great flavors, excellent fries, and their fries are the best.
The service is very friendly, but they are very busy, so it’s slow and inattentive.
