I am just writing what I experienced at It's Tea. It's my first time purchasing there. I asked the lady if there was Brown sugar milk tea and she just pointed to the picture on her wall, i told her i didn't want boba and she said you have to either choose boba or custard egg. In other tea places, they never make choose like this. it's like they are forcing you to eat it if not don't buy it. Customer service was terrible, when i was ordering drinks, my kid was just touching the cashier sticker and the magnet toy and the lady didn't like it. She wave her hand next to my kid's hand telling her not to touch it. That's is terrible. In the end when my drinks were done making, the lady went to check on her cashier counter and she was like looking at me saying my kid stole the sticker or the magnet cause she feel like something is missing. I mean how much does that worth. I don't know how could someone treat a kid like that. Must don't like kids and is a very heartless person. Drinks were not good at all, overly sweet and no tea taste at all. Will never go there again being treated like that.

Best boba on the island, hands down! The owners are always so nice and remember me and my husband's order. Drinks come out very quickly. It's a small shop, definitely more grab-and-go, but it's worth the stop. Parking is weird since the city changed the stalls on Kamake'e, but it's easy to find a stall in front of the shop/a little further up or around the corner near Harry's Cafe. Highly recommend the Lattea!

I can't say enough good things about this hidden gem. I say hidden because it's in a small spot that you might not see right away and gem, well because that's exactly what it is. I have tried so many boba shops all over the island and have never felt super satisfied with anything I have found. That was until I came across It's Tea ? The thing is, most places you go to, if you're looking for a milk tea it's usually overpowered by the creamer/milk so you can hardly taste the actual tea. I actually like to taste the tea! If I wanted a cup of milk, I'd pour one at home lol. Every single milk tea that I have tried is so freaking good and tasty. My go to is either the jasmine milk tea or tie guan yin milk tea - always 0% sweet with agar boba. The husband and wife who run the shop are super friendly and sweet as well which is an added bonus! You can tell they are proud to provide not only quality drinks, but quality service. This is the best boba tea shop on the whole island!

Even though this place is small, it's one of my faves on the island! I try to visit each time we go to Oahu! It's literally the smallest boba store ever. The menu is extensive but they do their drinks well and not crazy expensive. love their wintermelon lemon tea! It's one of the few places that has it and does it right! It's not too sweet and it's the perfect balance of wintermelon and lemon! I've also gotten the regular milk tea in the past and it has a pretty strong tea base , it's not too sweet and not too milky. It's a pretty balanced combo. I never order boba balls so I can't comment on the consistency of that. Each time I've come here we've been pretty satisfied and love their drinks!

It's Tea won 2023 best for a reason.the atmosphere is quaint, soft, and boutique-like.the owners are so kind & make your drink right in front of you with a smile (: we got the coffee milk + the strawberry green tea w/ lychee jelly. the strawberry green tea is a go-to order anywhere for me and i normally never know how it will taste. here, it is ALWAYS consistent, and never too sweet. you can never feel bad about asking for light ice or a certain sweetness, because it's right on your cup! they don't mind customising your order to make it perfect (: we go here often and will keep coming back !

Just got 2 cups of large Golden Buckwheat Milk tea for me and my friends. The taste is good, but I don't know why the cups were not fully filled. About 1/4 of the cup was empty, which piss me off.

If I can drink/eat this place everyday, I would!!! But I am currently watching my diet because I am ADDICTED TO BOBA! Not just any boba, It’s Tea boba!! If it weren’t for my boba diet, I would be here everyday! My mouth waters every time I think about It’s Tea! I would like to consider myself a boba connoisseur because I am very picky and particular in my milk tea as well as my boba balls! But to my surprise, It’s Tea is able to perfect both! The boba balls are actually flavorful and the texture is perfect. I hate when my boba balls are bland. What a waste of calories! But It’s Tea knows how to perfect it! They make boba every couple of hours so they always have fresh boba ready to serve! This place is a gold mine and my favorite boba place in Hawaii. Trust me, this boba connoisseur has been to all of the boba shops in Hawaii and nothing compares to Its tea!The owners are SUPER sweet and kind. And what stands out most about them is that they like to give back to the community. I love it!My mouth is watering as I am writing this post! Can’t wait to get my boba tomorrow!

This time I would like to introduce "It's Tea".This store is located near Whole Foods Market in Hawaii. When I was walking around in the heat, I noticed someone walking with a light blue cup.I found a drink shop when I was looking around where it was coming from.Takeout is the main shop, but there were some Japanese notations. There are also products with the word “Okinawa” written in Roman letters, and I can’t help but feel like I’m in Okinawa when I come to Hawaii.I wanted to quench my thirst, so I looked at the menu. Then I learned that tapioca can also be topped, so I decided to top it with tapioca.Since I had already decided on tapioca, I was at a loss as to what to use for the liquid.Normally, I would choose something with a refreshing feeling, such as fruit, but...Decided on "Okinawa brown sugar milk tea" wMoro Japan. But in a way, the real thrill of being able to imagine and drink a stable taste? ? There is also! !The taste is as I imagined, but the amount is large wThe amount is about 500ml.While thinking that this is not a Japanese standard,It was great to have some means of fighting the heat.Parking: There is no dedicated parking lot. There are cars parked on the street.

This is a little counter tea establishment near popular shopping. About a block from Whole Foods. Was impressed with the knowledge and recommendations of gentleman taking my order. I chose Okinawa black sugar milk tea iced with tapioca (boba). It was refreshing and their boba is the best I have enjoyed in quite some time.Vegetarian options: Many non dairy optionsParking: They had plenty of available meter parking right in front. Service is fast if you want to live dangerouslyDietary restrictions: They make custom drinks and could easily adjust for caffeine, sugar, or milk preferences

Very friendly service accomplished by well made drinks and toppings. Other than it's small location where waiting outside can really become observed, its 5 stars is well-deserved.
