Butter Fish Misoyaki
1 piece of Miso seasoned butter fish (black cod). Highly rich and flavorful. Black cod is one of favorite types of fish in local Hawaii. It's a white fish that's high in fat lots of omega-3 and very rich and silky in texture. Black cod is also popular among people who claim to not like fish because it's less fishy tasting than other types of fish like tuna or salmon. Highly recommend.
Hamachi Kama
Grilled 1/4 of gilled part of hamachi fish. Yellowtail fish collar. It's the cut of the fish right below the eyes. It's a very meaty section of the fish and contains a good amount of fat. The staff was attentive. The food was excellent although an item on special was out (after one hour of opening) and appetizer, ika gesso. We ordered the crab kamameshi which we were told to take about 20-30 minutes but arrived almost one hour after ordering.

this little hole is the wall has some amazing food. Portions are well thought out and the service is top notch. Gives you the feeling of being in someone's house. Food came out hot and on time. This will now be my go to place for amazing sushi and Japanese fare.

Went on a Saturday evening with a friend. Food was top notch delicious! Fresh seafood and good selection of sake. Service was excellent! Located on Young St between Ke'eaumoku St and Kalakaua Ave on the ground level of a small business building. Lots of parking in the lot after hours.
