Wow just wow. This was delicious- I asked for reccomdations and was advised to get the smelt, I ended up getting a second order. So exceptionally good, and such a treat as many had eggs which made them extra savory and delicious. Stingray was good, basically jerky, I could take it or leave it in the future and the BBQ squid was perfect, lightly chewy, a little sweet. The smelt stole the show.
Authentic back alley Izakaya in the heart of Waikiki. Don’t expect glitzy or top notch service here as it’s like a side street in Osaka-shi here.
I’ve been here several times and always a good time. Best HH beer prices in Waikiki and everything delicious with the exception of the small and overcooked Ribeye Steak.

Ordered about 7 items excluding alcohol; what's not to like here? Enjoyed every dish we ordered. Don't really understand the mediocre reviews; if this place was back at home, I'd come here every week!
