Best Japanese restaurant I have ever experienced at Honolulu, fresh sashimi and Uni. Cold snow crab is the best one. We will definitely visit this one when we come back to Hawaii. Also, great service!
The best Japanese restaurant in Hawaii. The sashimi is as fresh as what you’d get at a high-end sushi restaurant in Japan. The longtime staff are incredibly friendly with true Japanese hospitality. It’s definitely upscale, but totally worth it.🍣✨
Uosan completely blew our minds. I first heard about it from my pottery instructor, who said it’s one of the most authentic Japanese restaurants on the island—and he was right. From the outside, it’s very unassuming. If you’re not paying close attention, you could easily miss it.
