Jack In The Box is the best fast food restaurant. The employees are all friendly & helpful. Everything is always served fresh & hot. The dining area always clean & welcoming. Jack In The Box my go to place. My tummy is always satisfied.

Great spot if you're in the downtown area. Service was reasonable. My favorite thing there is the potato wedges and the didn't have the sour cream for them. Could just be a location thing but it was a let down.

No greeting when you walk in, just go up and start saying your order. Unable to accommodate no egg for the jumbo platter unless you pay extra charges. It's kinda run down, but that's just how downtown is. I ordered a jumbo platter with sausage, they gave me bacon instead. Got it changed, went back to work, and realized they didn't put syrup for the French toast sticks. Had to go back again, and no sorry for messing up your order TWICE or anything.

Worth the price. The content has not changed since then. This is a problem that tourists face in this area, but there really aren't any toilets. Basically, many restaurants will lend you the key if you ask, but this burger shop does not have a toilet for customers.

This is one of the few eateries that has been a consistent provider of food services in downtown town, even during the pandemic. They are quick, and orders are accurate. Staff know their products, and the space is a good size for inside or outside seating, and takeout is a breeze. No parking or drive-through, but if you are captive downtown, this is a quick pitstop before your next meeting or call. Will be back here soon, and I am somewhat of a regular.
Outside seating, with chairs a foot lower than the tables, so they come up to your shoulders, employees with soulless resigned empty gazes, food that tastes so good you know it must be killing you; What's not to love?
Parking: It's a counter only, no drive through Jack's, in the middle of downtown, that caters to The nearby office working breakfast and lunch crowd. Don't expect parking to be any easier than anywhere else downtown. Why are you even going to this location if you're driving? Weirdo.
