This Jack in the Box (Downtown Honolulu) is by far the best one than any other Jack's on the Island. They ALWAYS greet you with a smile. They always get my order right every time and they are quick. I've been going to this Jack in the box for a very long time, so I know, when I make this review, I can provide facts. The staff are friendly, helpful and funny.

Went for lunch last week. Had the ultimate burger. Asked if I may have garlic butter instead of ketchup and mayonnaise. Wow! The burger was great.Came in for a second time for the ultimate burger. They don't have restrooms service for their customers. Had to go to Wal-Mart to use their restroom. So, went to McDonald's to get the Double Quarter Pounder. That's bad service!!!? ???

The restaurant was clean. The service was fast and friendly. My food was hot and tasted freshly made. The fries were definitely just out of the fryer. Plenty of sauce in the sandwich. Would go again.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access
The only problem was that I ordered a "2 extreme breakfast sandwich combos" special with a coupon, and one of the sandwiches only had one sausage patty. The other had two, which is correct, but it was too much trouble to go back and correct the mistake by the time I discovered it. So low mark for the food because of the error, though it tasted okay, and the rest of the experience was all right.Ordinarily, the overall experience with Jack in the Box is fine. I'd like to think this time was just a glitch.

Came here for breakfast and got their Portuguese Sausage Platter. Not sure what brand of sausage they use, but it's great! A bit oily, but sure is tasty, wish they gave more than 4 slices! The scrambled eggs are good, but then again it's hard to go wrong with scrambled eggs. The rice is a bit inconsistent. Sometimes it is cooked perfectly, sometimes it is a bit on the hard/dry side. Overall it is my go to breakfast platter.

Went in for breakfast. Staff are pleasant and unwelcoming. I walked up to the counter and told the female "good morning!" She looked with a irritated look on her face and said nothing in return until I placed my order. They called out orders but none of the staff were friendly nor could muster more than faces of irritation and detestation for the few customers. It was also very hot in their, maybe if they fixed the Ac, the workers would be more pleasant.

Hey it's JITB! What can say? This JITB (downtown) still has no inside seating, so the searing outside is super odd!!! The chairs don't match the tables... I mean the chairs are too low... literally my shoulders were level with the top of the table. But other that the food was good and the service was great ?
