The food itself was not terrible but the workers were very rude and annoyed the whole time. even the drinking water was not working and when I asked about it they said they didn’t know what to do. The bathrooms were not working either. Terrible experience

This location is convenient for me. I would say over the past 5 years their quality has gone down immensely! Food is either cold when it should be hot/warm. I also ALWAYS need to check my order before leaving because 7 out of 10 times it's wrong or incomplete! I checked my order tonight before leaving and it was correct. However, got home (3 mins away) and my hashbrowns were hardand really cold! My breakfast sandwich was practically thrown together (I had to assemble it) and barely warm. I also have to take a sip of my soda before leaving, because 8 out of 10 times it tastes horrible or it's flat! Management needs to oversee these matters! I know, I should go elsewhere... but there's not too many places open late when I finish work.

Customers Can't Enjoy Themselves & their Families of Eating There in a Place that Feels like a Sauna!!!!! Then Talking about the Rest Room Doors!!!! Customers have to Ask The Staff to Open The Bathrooms?!! Why Don't They leave it Open?!!! Staff should Allow the Bathrooms to Stay Open when That place is Open!!!!! I'm Not Understanding as to WHY They don't Fix These Things in the Store!!! This is Not their Home!!! No Customers. NO BUSINESS!!!! I HOPE CORPORATE IS READING THIS!!!! Absolutely terrible. Waited 30 minutes for the wrong food that was cold. Specifically ordered plain and thought maybe that’s why it took so long- no. Just taking forever. Took my receipt so I couldn’t complain to upper management.

Parking: There's a drive-thru so when you go home Don't go there, you'll be wasting your time. After leaving the parking lot on your way back, you'll immediately come to an intersection with a traffic light, so you can go back the way you came.

0/10 absolutely horrible. Jack in the Boc made up a fake promotion that was impossible to redeem despite meeting all outlined requirements because apparently false advertising is no longer illegal. Employees were astonishingly rude and unhelpful. It’s a miracle this place is still open. would never come here again in 10000 years.
