Convenient, relatively quick, somewhat friendly and adapted my order. It's fast food and the difference maker for me is often the service unless the food was exceptional either end of the spectrum. I like and will probably be going back again. One differentiated fact I do like is they serve breakfast at times when other 24 hour McDonald's don't. 😉✌️

They get my order wrong every time, it's the same exact thing. They literally just don't put the right drink or side and do not care. The people working here either can't read or dorm care to.

The service was terrible. Didn't get any kind of acknowledgement when we pulled up to the speaker box, waited for 10 minutes and after several attempts to get someone's attention we had our order taken. The food itself was okay.

This location is always not paying attention to the details of what I order. I ordered on-line last night and I was disappointed to come home to only find out that my order was not even what I ordered. Teri burger wasn’t a Teri burger. It was just a regular burger! On the receipt it said the correct order but it wasn’t correct when I opened the bag. I also feel that even though you place on order on-line you still have to wait sometimes 20-30 minutes for you order in drive through. So by the time you get your order, it’s cold. And who wants cold curly fries?

Longest I ever waited in a drive thru line. Only two cars got their order and 4 cars including mines left the drive thru. Only difference between me and those other 3 cars is I waited to just to find out something with the drive thru is not working. Don’t really know because her English was bad. 20 mins in line no food. Find better workers. This was @5am 5/16/2025.

I utilized the drive-through service on four separate occasions. Each visit demonstrated efficient and prompt service, with order placement, payment processing, and meal receipt consistently completed within five minutes.

My Review of Jack in the Box, Kapahulu - Disappointing and Inconsistent
My recent experience at the Kapahulu Jack in the Box was extremely frustrating and marked by multiple errors and poor customer service. This was my fourth time encountering issues at this location, and it appears to be a systemic problem, particularly when Manager Joline is present.
Firstly, my order was significantly incorrect. I ordered a Jack wrapped combo meal with upgrades to a large Coke and large curly fries. What I received was a downgraded combo meal, a small Coke, and only one order of large curly fries instead of the two I ordered.
Furthermore, I ordered three Bacon and Swiss Buttery Jack burgers. Upon arriving home, I discovered that my children's burgers were double bacon smash burgers instead, which were not only incorrect but also had dry and undercooked patties.
When I attempted to address these issues with Manager Joline, I was met with rudeness and dismissiveness. She repeatedly insisted that I had ordered the regular items, completely disregarding my accurate order.
While I acknowledge the importance of checking orders before leaving the drive-thru, the consistent errors at this location necessitate a serious review of their operational procedures. I hesitate to hold up the drive-thru line, but the persistent mistakes are unacceptable.
I strongly urge Jack in the Box higher management to investigate the ongoing issues at this Kapahulu location, particularly concerning the accuracy of orders and the conduct of Manager Joline. The recurring problems indicate a need for improved training and quality control. This location has consistently failed to meet basic expectations, and I am extremely disappointed with the repeated errors and poor service.

Absolutely the worst Jack In The Box there is. Majority of the time I come here there is an issue with something. I will not be giving this location or any location affiliated with this one my money ever again.
I placed a mobile order from inside of the Jack in the Box as I always do. That’s right I’m literally inside the location and placing order through the app, why. To avoid the bad customer service and to receive points. They made every single order and never called any of the mobile orders out. After I realized that people who were still in line after placing my order received their orders I’m like where’s my food. With an attitude she gives me a bag that had been sitting there for almost 30mins. They never made the tacos and I had to wait 10 more minutes for them. I checked the burgers bc they had been sitting there for 40 minutes now. They were cold. I asked them to remake my order because it was cold. They including the Manager told me that I never came to pick up the order. Lmfao! I’m here the entire time from the moment I placed the order. They didn’t remake the order and refused to give me a refund. Nasty Work! How this place is still in business I’ll never know but you have been warned.
Oh and I will be disputing the charges with my bank!

The food itself was not terrible but the workers were very rude and annoyed the whole time. even the drinking water was not working and when I asked about it they said they didn’t know what to do. The bathrooms were not working either. Terrible experience

Asked for extra pickles on buttery smashburger. Lady said it doesn't come with pickles, but would I like to add pickles, which I thought was very nice and professional of her. When I got my burger, there were no pickles on it. Ruined my evening.
