At least the dining area is clean. Probably because nobody gets their food. Ordered ahead on the app, still waited 15 minutes after the order said it would be ready, which was cold because it took them 15 minutes to hand me the bag. Any special order is guaranteed to make the entire order wrong - we asked for no mayo on one sandwich and did get no mayo but the second sandwich was a completely different sandwich than ordered. Asked for the correct sandwich, got mostly correct but missing an ingredient. App says Fanta orange, they don't have it, they have fruit punch (for at least 2 years at this point!). Over an hour from ordering to holding the correct order. All the staff seem confused about where they are and what they're supposed to be doing and some of them are really mean.

Worst jack in the box ever! Came here for dinner and the lady on the speaker immediately gave an attitude then after sitting in the drive through for almost an hour we didn’t get all of our food(no they didn’t charge us) but we didn’t want to keep waiting so we just said the burger is fine. Then I took a bite of it and I didn’t get the jalapeños I asked for and got charged with the food for cold. Never will I come back here again SMH

No one speaks to you that is staff, the bathroom requires a key to enter, the food is stale and really low quality. Looks like only one person works behind the counter. Spent almost 40 bucks for trash food and stale fries with nasty tacos. DO NOT COME HERE FOR FOOD!

Food was fine but it takes 30 minutes to go through the drive through, every time. I am guessing it’s a shortage of staff but still that is the opposite of fast food.

The service here is abysmally slow, 20 to 30 minutes to get food in. The Drive-Thru is insane, especially when you order ahead.
The staff typically is rude, I would normally suspect it would be a staffing shortage but they always seem to have enough people working when I come in or pick up orders.
This is just a horrible location, the trend of bad service with Jack in the box is pretty standard across the island.

We went through the drive thru at about 12pm and our order only had two items. We had to repeat ourselves at least five times to the lady on the mic. Was a frustrating experience. Ordering should not be that hard. Food was okay.
