Waited 30 minutes in line and they got my order wrong. What is wrong with this place? Went here the other day for the first time I was told that their system was down and they weren’t taking any order yet. There was no cone and everybody was just waiting in line with nobody coming out to tell us that their system was down.

This location is so bad that I would never come here again. First, not enough workers to take your order. Second, it takes 35 minutes before I get my food. If I never call the girl taking order at the drive thru, I would never get my attention waiting at the front. Soda wasn't enough, the syrup taste faded. In the end, I was asking for the restroom key, but no one could find it. The three only workers in the kitchen start to ask each other what happened to it. What a joke... I came here for a small snack, but instead, I ate dinner after a long wait for my order.

spent 30 minutes in drive thru just for them not to be taking care of drive thru as soon as i get in they start taking care of drive thru. also they locked doors so none of the people who were waiting in the drive thru patiently couldn’t come in and order food. also apparently military discount only works on mondays now even tho last week i came here and used it? after all that my food came out wrong

Service is horrible. Lines in drive thru take forever. You will wait a good 15 minutes to order and they are not friendly. Seems like they hate their job and dont care. Not fast at all. And they get the orders wrong.
not to be rude but i don’t understand how a place can be so disorganized, slow, and careless. i get being understaffed but we waited for a good 20+ minutes and our order was wrong. even after verifying it with the cashier and having to go back up once to add something they forgot to charge us for. there was a sweet lady and her kid who said they’d been waiting for 40 minutes. after all that, we finally get home and my husbands burger is wrong and my junior bacon cheeseburger has no bacon. please PLEASE train the people you have before they leave and make it more understaffed.
also the floor to the bathroom (that was occupied the entire time we were inside) was incredibly slippery. not wet, it seemed there was soap or something coating the floor, i almost slipped so easily.

If I could give this zero stars I would!! Customer service is so bad!, the workers preparing the food look so dirty, I waited 15 minutes for my order. Everyone talking over the food so unprofessional!! Don't go to this location!!! And when I finally got my order the fries were dry and cold.
