Do yourself a favor and do not go to this location. Service is slow and food isn’t up to Jack in the box standards. Just go to the one on Salt Lake Blvd. you will be more satisfied and Happy.

Pretty irritated when I go get my first meal of the day for the fam food was cold and on top of that someone left their gloves in my kids meals. I tried calling 10 times after that to talk to someone but no one answers almost like they don’t answer their phone unacceptable!

Drive Thru is supposed to be 24 hours since that is what’s stated on their window and website but every worker is asleep on the furniture inside instead of doing their job! Might as well be closed if the people you hire aren’t actually going to work!
I really like Jack in the Box, but this branch has the worst costumer service. Spare your time and go to the Ice Palace branch instead. The workers here have no etiquette whatsoever :/

We ordered drive thru pickup and paid through the app, but when we arrived they were closed. The drive thru was physically blocked off and all of the lights were out. Quite a surprise considering they are supposedly open 24 hours and it was just after midnight on a Saturday night.
