Very dirty. Runned down. No napkins no cup lids available. I even went into the restroom to wash my hands there was no hand sanitary soap, no toiletry paper available. The staff is rude closed the door on me and locked me out after dining in when i purchased my food inside.. Food is filthy, got food poisoning 8/2/24!

Worst jack in the box I've ever been to. They lied to us and said the bathroom was locked because someone was in there, when they actually just needed to unlock it. The dining room was filthy, the bathroom was so dark I could barely see the toilet, the staff was rude, and I will never come back to this particular jack in the box again.

Drive thru is a little slow only because they make food to order, which I prefer. Just tried their garlic cheese chicken wings, very good. Their buffalo wings aren't bad. I hope they keep it on the menu for good. They are getting a little pricey but their selection is larger and with better food as fast food goes.
