My friends and I showed up to the drive through with three cars. My friend in the first car was given a wrong sized drink and the lady on the register was extremely rude. After it was my car and she told me to hurry up my order when I was asking my friend what he wanted and then when I drove up to the window she demanded us to pay 40 bucks for our order when all we ordered was two munchie boxes which comes out to 25 bucks. She then realized she was wrong fixed the order then did not give us the two drinks that came with the meals. She then tried charging us an extra 8 DOLLARS FOR THE TWO DRINKS. When my next friend in the last car went in for his order he only ordered a medium curly fries which is simple but she gave him an onion rings and after he said the order was wrong she closed the drive through window on him and walked away. My friend sat at the window for the next 7 minutes until he gave up waiting for her to come back and decided to just leave. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE RUDE SERVICE. It’s nighttime people barely come in so there should not be any excuse for horrible service like this. I’ve come to this location many times before with only a longer wait time which is totally fine with me but this lady on the register should be fired. Thanks jacks I’m never coming back 👎

This place consistently gets orders wrong, they barely understand your order, and takes forever. It’s cheap and easy so I’m not surprised. But I’d definitely prefer McDonald’s Aina Haina over this.

I am a delivery driver so I come to this Jack in the box often especially at night. My experiences have been pretty bad. There is always a huge line in the drive thru at night and the dining room is never open so I have to use the drive thru. . Cmon why don’t u guys hire more workers like McDonald’s or Taco Bell so there isn’t a huge line that can take up to 30 mins to get your food?! Feels like there’s 2 workers u need like 4. Also the past few months there is a new worker lady and she is very rude. Has tattoos on her arm and pretty sure she’s Filipino. Always cuts u off and when she gives me the food I say thanks then just closes the drive thru window on you, is never friendly. Forgets items to gotta remind her I need this drink too or something. Today I went there and did a delivery and came back again and the same customer ordered again and she said oh someone came and picked up the order and I told her no this is another order. Then she said it never came to the computer and just closed the drive thru window on me. What kind of employee does this to customers? Your computer was probably just delayed but instead I had to cancel my order and drove to the jack in the box for nothing just wasted gas. Hope u get better workers because this is just embarrassing

I eat a lot of Jack-in-the-Box tacos, and these are some of the worst. They were chewy, not crispy. It’s like they’re not waiting for the fryer to come up to temperature when they drop a new batch. In addition, the staff are quite surly. Definitely pass this one up, and find another Jack in the Box.

I work 10-12 hours and all id like is for me and my wife to go to a drive through close by home which is niu valley jack in the box. Only for every order I have made the past month I have went there to be wrong at night time. And whoever is the manager for night shift is probably the worst manager I have encountered her attitude towards customers is not mature. Constantly days yes to orders and than gives the wrong order. Her Tone towards customers is childish. Doesn’t let them finish there order and yells in the mic to them. This business I pray gets some good employees soon or this place is gonna close and honestly I could care less. If you hate your job quit ruining other people’s nights by putting your hatred toward them.
Workers scammed me $40.Gave me an old receipt and told me I didn’t order when I obviously did thru drive thru and they made a big ass problem cuz there machines was malfunctioning when I jus payed $40 and I needed up having to leave with no food for $40.Worst jack n the box on the island.🤡workers even try to fight you for them making there own mistake

1/5/2025 The problem came from the employees blasting music and not be able to hear the customer clearly when ordering through the drive-through constantly laughing when the customers ordering the employee said my order back to me wrong several times and I corrected her several times. When I was actually done ordering, I got so frustrated. I just drove up to a window and confronted them and said your guises microphone is loud. That’s what I noticed they have music blasting in the background. She had my drinks gave me my receipt and I noticed my order For myself was wrong and I told her I didn’t order a number 24. I ordered a number four she replied back. No you ordered a 24 and walked away consistently go here because it’s convenient but I’m no longer going here anymore.

Very dirty. Runned down. No napkins no cup lids available. I even went into the restroom to wash my hands there was no hand sanitary soap, no toiletry paper available. The staff is rude closed the door on me and locked me out after dining in when i purchased my food inside.. Food is filthy, got food poisoning 8/2/24!
