I never eat here- but I was driving past in a hurry and just needed a snack and caffeine boost. When I pulled up to the drive through, instead of greeting me, I was told to “hold on” so I waited and waited. When they finally came back they said, “go ahead” only to immediately interrupt my order to start yelling “hold on” a few more times. When I finally placed my order, she didn’t give me a total or let me know which window to pay at. My $5 drink was handed to me only 2/3rds of the way full. When she handed me the bag, the bottom was completely wet. The food itself was cold and drenched in mayonnaise. Will not be going here again.

Typical Jack in the Box, clean well taken care of establishment. The burger was mediocre and the portion was small. Curly fries were the last of the fryer. The highlight was the Shake, if you come here for anything that anything should be their shake. Large is a good size and they're super thick so it doesn't immediately turn into milk.

The drive through line and dinning hall can be completely empty and you’d still have to wait 5-10 mins for them to take your order. The breakfast jacks have a 70% chance of having major egg shells in them, they’ll take your order wrong and give you attitude when you ask for the original items ordered to be added. Would rec the drive into town instead.

Second time in a row the order taker yelled at me while I was clarifying my order. On my second visit she also short changed me by 5 or 6 dollars. When I corrected her she was already giving me stink eye so I drove off without correcting an additional 3 cents she owed me.

Service was slow even though we were the only ones in line at the drive thru and had placed an online order. Then we realized they missed an entire meal (out of 3 meals) after we left. Customer service has been no help getting a refund.

My friends and I showed up to the drive through with three cars. My friend in the first car was given a wrong sized drink and the lady on the register was extremely rude. After it was my car and she told me to hurry up my order when I was asking my friend what he wanted and then when I drove up to the window she demanded us to pay 40 bucks for our order when all we ordered was two munchie boxes which comes out to 25 bucks. She then realized she was wrong fixed the order then did not give us the two drinks that came with the meals. She then tried charging us an extra 8 DOLLARS FOR THE TWO DRINKS. When my next friend in the last car went in for his order he only ordered a medium curly fries which is simple but she gave him an onion rings and after he said the order was wrong she closed the drive through window on him and walked away. My friend sat at the window for the next 7 minutes until he gave up waiting for her to come back and decided to just leave. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE RUDE SERVICE. It’s nighttime people barely come in so there should not be any excuse for horrible service like this. I’ve come to this location many times before with only a longer wait time which is totally fine with me but this lady on the register should be fired. Thanks jacks I’m never coming back 👎
