Ill be there before 10 for take out but the staff already closed the door and i called also they just took my phone and put it not losten to me this is the worst service ever i face. This is a food business and if you are not eligible to give food to someone please close your restaurant do something else.

Stood at the counter for 5 minutes until someone acknowledged me. Ordered a burger, fries, and a shake. The burger was disgusting. It tasted like a reheated gas station burger. The shake wasn't filled to the top. A whole 2 inches to spare. The fries were wrong. They replaced them with the regular fries I asked for. They handed me a handful of sticky ketchup packets. Disgusting place. Terrible service.

Food is good but guarantee it won’t be what you ordered😭I also made the mistake of getting regular fries and they’re inedible, stick to the curly fries, it’s worth the upgrade. Mid Jack and the Box, order with low expectations.

Doors locked 2hrs before closing. Fire the management for not enforcing work ethic. Close it down for a respectable food establishment to take over. 0 stars. Not the first time I've tried to walk in. Change the hours if this is how this branch is going to operate.

Usually all menu is good and tasty, but chicken sandwiches are awful , hard bread, lettuce cut badly & the chicken hard lime a rock. Was like an hamburger of 5 years old ! . Service was good.

NEVER COME AFTER 10PM. You'll end up waiting over 30 minutes just for them to take your order. This is the 3rd time I've sat in line over 40 minutes now. Asked for manager, they said no manager and wouldn't give me a discount. Seriously the worst location and place to get your food after dark. Sorry graveyard shift. 711 is faster than this place, just pack your lunch because they dont care. After wating 1hr, they still got my order wrong. I DIDNT WANT MEAT.

I wish i read the most recent review because tonight was a terrible experience. I drove into the drive thru alittle past 11 & the drive thru staff took my order as normal. I then proceeded to wait 30 mins to get to the front, where the staff then told me the cook had just came in, & nothing was done.
Hawaii ppl are really patient, but that is unacceptable. You can not have a drive thru customer wait that long, w/o any notice or explanation. I'm not blaming the staff completely, but this is clearly a training issue. Let the customer know it's going to be awhile since the cook isn't in yet, or if you have to, shut the drive thru down. This location will not get my business any longer for the foreseeable future.

Worst jack in the box on this island fr. I ordered food online on the app. The drive through is closed AND THE FRONT DOOR IS ALSO CLOSED???? All the workers did was just roaming around ignoring us. How is this jack in the box open

My wife just went to order her food while we were doing laundry. As she walked in, the cashier did not greet her or say hello. She waited at least 10 minutes for a take out order. She ordered an ultimate cheese burger munchie meal with curly fries and tacos. She got a jumbo jack instead. The service was alright. It's upsetting to me that we live in Hawaii and that people are still ignorant of skin color. For me to post this is upsetting because I am a Native wahine who has lived here all her life. To hear that my wife was treated poorly because she is black. Do better Jack in the box.
