Hilarious. I can’t believe the doors are open. Bathroom is broke. Pop machine broke. No medium cups so they have us the biggest cups I’ve ever seen at a fast food location. It took 2 hands to lift them. And the food? The burger looks like the $2.99 special size at the price of $11. They also served all of the burgers as single but we paid for doubles. Wife is still waiting for her chicken sandwich from 20 minutes ago.

Bought two tacos the shell was deep fried seems like prep person put hamburger in shell cold no oil was seen on meat it was cold and toppings were cold.shortcut of making the tacos. Bad,very bad trying to make the hawaii people sick.when I go there to buy my tacos hamburger is hot, shell is hotNever will go there any more.

Got my order wrong when I wanted the Sourdough Scramble Sausage but gave me bacon instead. Tried calling the phone and no one's on the phone. Poor management. Just wanted to call about my order and this is how they treat their customers? Seriously this is really disappointing and I'm very upset that Jack's have a phone and won't utilize it when it comes to customer's phone call about their order.

Ill be there before 10 for take out but the staff already closed the door and i called also they just took my phone and put it not losten to me this is the worst service ever i face. This is a food business and if you are not eligible to give food to someone please close your restaurant do something else.

Stood at the counter for 5 minutes until someone acknowledged me. Ordered a burger, fries, and a shake. The burger was disgusting. It tasted like a reheated gas station burger. The shake wasn't filled to the top. A whole 2 inches to spare. The fries were wrong. They replaced them with the regular fries I asked for. They handed me a handful of sticky ketchup packets. Disgusting place. Terrible service.
Food is good but guarantee it won’t be what you ordered😭I also made the mistake of getting regular fries and they’re inedible, stick to the curly fries, it’s worth the upgrade. Mid Jack and the Box, order with low expectations.

Doors locked 2hrs before closing. Fire the management for not enforcing work ethic. Close it down for a respectable food establishment to take over. 0 stars. Not the first time I've tried to walk in. Change the hours if this is how this branch is going to operate.
