The dining room is randomly closed at different times. The app doesn’t say that, so you wind up having to stand in the drive through like an idiot waiting for your food, and the people in the cars get nervous. It’s potentially a very dangerous situation. It’s been closed at 7:30pm on a Saturday, 9:30am on a Sunday. Lots of times where it might be profitable to be open, you know? I don’t know if this store is independent but if there’s a regional manager, wholesale change needs to be made at this store to ensure its survival. When I go to a place advertised as open and it’s closed, I might try one more time, but I’m basically going to stop going there.

Window clerk was Impatient when I didn't understand the difference between the breakfast comboand the platter. She was apparently getting frustrated with my ability to you understand her and B came Rude Telling me that she already explained what the platter was and keptinsisting on giving me a Platter

I stopped by today to try out the Double Jack Burger and found that it was pretty good. The lettuce and tomato was really fresh, unlike the burgers at McDonald.The staff were very friendly and they really seemed like they wanted to help as two of their staff have asked very nicely if I needed any help when I was still looking through their menu on the wall. I will definitely eat here more often from now on.

Neither bad nor good. The drive thru at 8pm was nice and fast. Food was decent. The boba drink has a decent taste, but the bobas suck. The coffee flavour one is suuuuper sweet. I actually liked the tiny taco. It wasn't too greasy.They do need some curb appeal. The area is so dirty. Just power hose it down!Service was basic. Gave sauce, drinks, and napkins. Didn't really greet with joy or anything, but for fast food I don't expect them to be happy with their job.
