I Like they buttery Jack sandwiches or they 99 cents tacos and curly fries 🍟 and French fries the quality of the service is fast that's why they called it fast food 🍲 the food sounds juicy and tender and salty for they customers eating they at jack in the box at ala Moana center

The Ala Moana location in the food court is nails. I’ve been by a few times, many times no one is at the counter. If you choose to wait, you wait forever for someone to come out. For this to be fast food, it took 20 minutes to get my food. I seen only 3 people working in the busy food court. On top of that my food was cold. Would try someplace else, there’s so many food vendors that Jack in the Box should be last on your list. Lesson learned.

The wild burger that was extremely filling and the carbonated juice in the huge cup were dynamic.

Lazy workers. They lie to customers and say the shake machine is broken and that they don’t make tacos. Would give 0 stars if I could. Whoever was working the register at 3 PM on 11/2 was doing this

They said my order would be delivered by 509pm. They sent me several updates that were incorrect when I finally received my food it was almost 6pm and my food was cold.

Stay away from this place

So, you would think that a mall food court in the US would employ at least 1 person who speaks English well enough to take an order; there were three orders in front of mine two of the three were fountain drinks only, and the third had a burger. The wait in line was over 10 minutes, and considering that absolutely nothing was ordered from the kitchen a 12 minute wait for a single egg roll seems pretty ridiculously poor/slow. It wasn't even that hot when I got it, felt like it had been under a heat lamp for a couple hours

I usually come here for a quick post-workout breakfast after the gym but last week was the worst. The staff is so incompetent that your “fast-food” meal will take at least 20-30 minutes to get to you.

Yes, it’s not the healthiest but i order a regular croissant breakfast sandwich with a coffee and hash brown that fits well under my calorie count for breakfast.

The big issue this time was that my food had this red oily substance all over the packaging and hash brown - I was so disgusted, it looked like “betelnut spit” please search if you don’t know what that is.

I don’t know who to complain to but I feel like the entire staff needs a real manager to watch over this Jack in The Box. Probably the WORST ranking one on Oahu.

They all act like you’re a bother and don’t want to be there. In person it takes 20 minutes just to order and another 15 to 20 minutes before you get your food even when it’s not busy. I ordered twice through the app hoping that’ll be fast and easier but it was just as bad as ordering in person there. The first time I sat there for 15 minutes before I was acknowledged and another 5 before they decided to finally tell me one of my items was out of stock after I noticed they tried to replace it without telling me. The second time it took 15-20 minutes of being acknowledged. This time my food was made quickly I saw the older gentleman bag it and I tried to get his attention so I can get my food and get to work but was ignored and then when a different worker finally acknowledged and went to hand me my food all the while glaring at me he went over as if to stop her from giving me my food but she walked around. That order was missing my fries but at that point I gave up. Never going to this location again waste of time and money and half the time the foods cold cause they let it sit there and probably unsanitary as I haven’t seen a worker with gloves.

Workers at this location act like they don't want to be there. I went and waited 10 minutes before leaving because no one was at the front taking orders even though there were some workers in the kitchen area in the back. Then after another 15 minutes 2 people came out and took orders from a few customers. I tried to order tacos but the worker said they didn't have any. So I left without ordering anything.
