Jack in the Box

I work in the mall and have a half hour lunch break. I make sure to order ahead of time (about 10-15 minutes before) on the app so it's ready by the time I clock out for lunch and walk over to the food court to pick up my food.

I walk over and there's just a group of people also waiting for their orders, online order rack is empty. There's about 2 people ahead of me on the online orders that's already 20 minutes overdue, as well as in-person orders about 10-15 minutes overdue.

I had to wait about an extra 15 minutes for my order to finally be bagged and set on the rack, already taking up half of my lunch, and when I finally sat down to eat, the fries are cold from sitting by the window the whole time and the chicken nuggets and cheeseburger was just as sad. For having to wait for an order I put in almost half an hour ago? Yikes.

I rarely make these kinds of reviews and I love JitB food, but this was such a disappointing experience. The wait times should never have to be that long for *fast food* and even so, it shouldn't be cold for having waited so long.

I ordered the monster munchies meal. They noticed my order only when my ticked turned red didn't have the drink I wanted. False advertising because they didn't give me the color changing cup and when I asked for it they were pretending they didn't know about it when it clearly says it on the menu. And in the end, after I waited for too long for my food to be ready everything was cold.

Food is not to standard even for fast food. Over prices. Poor quality.

My sister’s order didn’t even get eggs or syrup. She paid 3.39 for a single hash brown. 30 cents for like one onion piece. This is not worth 11$. There are much better places to eat at in the mall for this same price. The photo is what the food looked like before she ate any.

Ordered food through the Jack in the Box app and arrived when it was supposed to be ready. The whole place is surprisingly dark. I waited around for 15 extra minutes before asking someone at the next business over what was going on. They told me this place closes early most of the time and I was SOL and won't be getting any food from here. I lost out on $16 and have not gotten a refund yet.

I was greatly disappointed with this location. I ordered the loco Moco to try the specialty smashed burger. The disappointing part was that after I waited about 4 minutes, the person came out and told me they had no rice left, this wa over 3 hours from closing. I said okay I will still take it, but when I got back to the hotel, I found out they also forgot the onion rings. This probably explained why there was no line up at this location.

The meat of hamburgers is frozen. Of course, all hamburgers are frozen, and Kujo is no exception.
But the attitude of the waitress is okay
The conclusion is: Of course I won’t patronize it again.

Didn't get food the app charged google pay 3x but it never sent the order in, plus they stole my 1342 points that I bought with Me from the mainland!

I Like they buttery Jack sandwiches or they 99 cents tacos and curly fries 🍟 and French fries the quality of the service is fast that's why they called it fast food 🍲 the food sounds juicy and tender and salty for they customers eating they at jack in the box at ala Moana center

The Ala Moana location in the food court is nails. I’ve been by a few times, many times no one is at the counter. If you choose to wait, you wait forever for someone to come out. For this to be fast food, it took 20 minutes to get my food. I seen only 3 people working in the busy food court. On top of that my food was cold. Would try someplace else, there’s so many food vendors that Jack in the Box should be last on your list. Lesson learned.

The wild burger that was extremely filling and the carbonated juice in the huge cup were dynamic.
