On November 26, 2025 at around 8:30 AM, I was scolded by the employee in charge because she thought I was yelling at her. I raised my voice only because I thought she couldn’t hear me because she was across the room by the drive thru window. She told me to be patient and to not raise my voice. Of course, I didn’t argue with her and simply apologized.
It all started with a wrong size order of coffee. I asked an employee to see if I can pay for a larger size but he told me I can’t. I told him that I am the customer and that I am willing to pay for a larger size. The employee then told his supervisor what I said and I told them that I made a mistake and would like to pay for a larger size of coffee.
She gave me the larger size of coffee after telling me to be patient. I also told her that I was willing to pay the cost difference but she snapped at me and said “Just take it!” After that they gave me the wrong food order so I went back and asked them if this was correct. Without saying anything, the supervisor took my food and threw it in the trash. After a few moments, she then came back with my correct food order.
I understand that fast food workers are underpaid but that doesn’t give them a right to feel entitled to argue with customers when they are stressed or busy.

Leaving food out in the sun to bake (that specifically says not to on the box) with nobody currently working on storing it, can poison customers when they finally use the food. Who wants to buy that, really?

Food is ok and filling, but my advice is, don't go to drive thru when cars are at the menu sign, service is seriously slow, waited 21 minutes to get food, and burgers were cool not warm.

Worst jack in the box. Always long lines and not enough staff. Waits in drive through 30 minutes at 530 am on a regular basis.
