I hadn't eaten at one in over 30 years, so I didn't know what to expect. The food was good. We came by at the very end of the day, so the chicken was a little tough. I'm sure it would have been a lot better earlier in the day.The sauce was amazing, but they were out of the one that went with my sandwich. Again, it was very late.Parking: The parking lot was pretty easy to get in and out of with heavy traffic.

Service was quick and easy. Seems hectic in the kitchen with employees not very collaborative. The dining tables are dirty most of them with spillage and food crumbs.Not a big restaurant.Food was warm and good overall.

I've never noticed going through the drive thru, but I dined inside for the first time recently, and boy, oh boy, the vibes are super weird with this one.The staff was nice. The wall decor is personalized and fun. The tables were all dirty enough that I would have cleaned them myself if I had wipes.The food is what it is, no one is going there with their health in mind, but I enjoyed my fix of jalapeño poppers. I know this isn't decision isn't up to this specific location, but I wish Jack in the Box would bring back the cheesy potato wedges. The vegetarian options are incredibly limited.

I went to the drive through at 10 and this lady mcguiren on the interphone did not allow me to order and was very rude. I couldn't get accross to her so I asked her in the window what's going on, if there's anyhting I did wrong and she acted like nothing happened at all. She looked like she was going to cry maybe workplace environment is bad or something. I did not order here as I was scared they would mess with my food. I do not recommend going here.

The night crew is Always forgetting something. Only thru door dash tho. Usually in person I get my correct order but tonight I ordered and was charged extra for rice and didn't get it . Realized it when I was already home . They also took at least a good 15-20min frm when I ordered . Lady at the window was nice but that doesn't make up for my missing rice . On top of that my food is always sloppy and looks nothing like the pictures

I had a fantastic experience at Jack in the Box! The food was delicious, and the service was prompt and friendly. I ordered their famous Jumbo Jack burger, and it exceeded my expectations in taste and quality. The fries were perfectly crispy, and the milkshake was a delightful treat. The menu offers a wide variety of options, making it suitable for different tastes. The prices were reasonable, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. Leave it to such a bad experience to bring me back to Yelp after a fair time away. I've ordered from this location numerous times on Door Dash, I know there food is pretty substandard compared to most, but today I had the opportunity to go in person on my way to work. I was in their drive-thru for over 20 minutes. 20 minutes for 3 cars with an empty dining room at 10 at night. That is ridiculous, I had more than enough time to grab food and then go to work literally one street over, but I was waiting for so long that I ended up being late. I didn't even grab my food! They took so long to get through the 3 cars in front of me that I didn't have time to wait the additional 8 minutes they were deciding to take with everyone so I drove right past the window and off to work. As an aside, in the drive through area they have one of those T-Rex rat traps and the top is missing, mmmm yummy, just what everyone wants to see while waiting for their food, the petrified remains of a shredded rat on full display! I will never return to this location, nor will I be ordering from them through Door Dash or any other service.

It's a Jack's location. It is located conveniently on the corner with a decent sized parking lot. Food was consistent and well prepared as you would expect. As with most of the Hawaii locations, it could do with a remodel. Staff was helpful, and my mobile order was done correctly, so that was good. Coupons and mobile discounts were all applicable, so bonus, unlike other national chains that have coupons, apps, and discounts that don't work in Hawaii. Will be back.

You're not expecting Filet Mignon, and Wagyu sliders... If you notice the drive thru, or dine in lines to be extraordinarily sluggish... Please try to be understanding, one or more individuals likely called out, or pulled a no-show. Other possibilities are they got a trainee somewhere on the floor holding up Max efficiency. (Most of us have been there, if we're honest.)Parking: I think there's 5 or 6 regular stalls on site + 2 handicapped stalls. The parking stall markings are overdue to be repainted fyi.(8/25/23)
