Waited in line well over 30 minutes and all of our order of fries were all burnt. To wait in line that long and not even have fresh fries is outrageous. For the amount of time that everyone had to wait in line tonight, we should have been compensated out of consideration for the customers. And food wasn't hot.

It's probable the Drive-Thru wait is long for a number of reasons, rake your pick. The most likely reason in the Moment is a Customer with an order issue. 15min so far, fifth in line.. moving now.
the restroom inside the store was out of order and unavailable for use, but there was an employee-only restroom nearby. My 10-year-old daughter urgently needed to use the restroom and asked if it would be possible for my daughter to use the employee restroom, but was told no. I had to leave in the middle of our meal, find another restroom nearby, let her use it, and then come back. However, inside the store, one employee’s children were occupying a table in one corner, playing with a tablet and toys. When those kids needed to use the restroom, I saw the staff, or their mom, open the employee-only restroom for them so I was like, wtf…

Love how it says 24/7, but the drive-thru is roped off and employees inside waved me off.
