the restroom inside the store was out of order and unavailable for use, but there was an employee-only restroom nearby. My 10-year-old daughter urgently needed to use the restroom and asked if it would be possible for my daughter to use the employee restroom, but was told no. I had to leave in the middle of our meal, find another restroom nearby, let her use it, and then come back. However, inside the store, one employee’s children were occupying a table in one corner, playing with a tablet and toys. When those kids needed to use the restroom, I saw the staff, or their mom, open the employee-only restroom for them so I was like, wtf…

As the economy grows more expensive, companies continue to promise affordability and quality (cough, cough, McDonalds) but none deliver and our expectations as customers lowers for Every. Broken. Promise. Jack in the box however has proved themselves without needing fake advertising and fake promises. There have been 2 moments where the employees have given me a bad attitude for an order that one of their staff got wrong or talking about me in Tagalog behind my back because they forgot an item in my order and I won't lie because of those 2 instances I promised I'd never go back but recently the employees, the quality, everything has gone far beyond what I was expecting. So here's my review.Pros+ Good quality food.+ Great affordability.+ Guaranteed App Rewards.+ Good Customer service.+ Great selections of foods.+ Doesn't give me an aneurism.+ Doesn't give me diarrhea.+ Doesn't make me regret my life decisions.Cons- Online support is mid, mild, no bueno.- Items in your order can be forgotten.- They don't answer the phone in the restaurant.- Walk ins stop at 11 p.m.The food for every one of my orders have been banging like a biscuit but if in the small chance your order is not fulfilled the employees are willing to work with you and replace or refund your order if something is missing, bad quality or not up to standards. Just make sure you have your receipt and don't be a Karen.The cheaper items such as the tacos, jr. burgers, tenders, and other classics always come in great quality and the combos always come hot, ready, fresh, and delicious. Combos are a bit more expensive (up to 16$) but it is absolutely worth every penny.Download the app if you don't already have it so that you can get the rewards because each dollar is a point and if you accumulate up to 20, 40, or 60 points you get a free item. Different worker than the one that we usually get. Now I guess I see what everybody is saying. Ordered the Jacks Fan Favs Box but I guess they ran out of the box that it comes in so instead they put it inside one of the late night box so it didn’t come with the 3 sauces that it’s supposed to come with. Sucks when you know the box they are actually supposed to be using has three compartments where the different sauces are supposed to go. Tried calling several times but I guess they don’t answer the phone.
