Came in half an hour before closing and all the juice options (orange and carrot) were not available so had to get a smoothie instead. Smoothie tasted off and funny. The server overfilled and there were smoothies all over the lid and the cup. How could you serve a messy drink like that?
The music was too loud and I could barely hear what the waiter was saying.

The manager here was professional at first but within 3sec of taking my very large order she became visibly upset. Apparently, she was in the middle of a personal phone call with her husband and they were working out their relationship. My very large order had interrupted her conversation. Instead of ending the call she continued her call on speaker phone as she tried to fill my order. She was so focused on her call, she asked a worker to help her before he clocked in to work. Her exact words, "Hey (employee name), I know you didn't clockin yet but can you help me finish this order?" He helped and she continued her call. When the employee wasn't moving fast enough se began to yell at him. The whole time she was having a heated conversation with her husband about their personal LOVE life and I could hear it all.

I went in this morning to place an order for my co-workers and there were no employees in sight...to make matters more annoying I noticed the music they were playing in the store was explicit and dropped several f-bombs. I swear like a sailor myself but I found this to be super unprofessional and uninviting. After waiting a solid five minutes for somebody, anybody to appear, no one did. So I left empty handed and irritated. I love Jamba, so this experience was disappointing...

Had to have me some Jamba…again. Ordered the Peanut Butter Moo’d with protein boost. Great flavors. Perfect choice for any peanut butter lover. Quick, friendly service. Highly recommend!
Parking: If ramp is full on main level navigate to the upper ramp and take the stairs straight down to main door.

Pretty sure my drink had a spoiled ingredient. Razzmatazz is my go to and I knew from my first sip that something was different. I’m not positive which ingredient it was. Could’ve been spoiled bananas or the juice or the sherbet. At first I gave the benefit of doubt it was more of one ingredient than I am used, but I knew pretty soon after. Disappointed.

Ordered an acai bowl for breakfast and employee sent me to self kiosk (which i didn’t mind) but at the kiosk and it was not the smoothest of processes but after placing my order I went up to the counter just to let the employee know that i wanted more banana instead of coconut (because the kiosk wouldn’t let me customize) and she then proceeded to tell me they don’t have coconut to which i replied “oh thats perfect!” and then she said “but i can’t add banana unless you pay for it” i didn’t want to pick a fight so i just let it be, but it just upset me that I am paying full price for an acai bowl which is supposed to come with coconut flakes (it is in the toppings list) and they don’t have it (which is fine i don’t want them anyways) but on top of that when i asked to sub the coconut flakes with banana they said i have to pay for that. I was not adding it on i was just replacing it for the coconut flakes that are supposed to come with the bowl

Half-hour before closing and I couldn't order any items I would have wanted. Had to walk out empty handed.
Amazing workers, they helped make my order in 2 minutes which helped me get on to my other daily activities. I had an awesome cashier whose name was Blaze and the nice worker who made my smoothie was Genelee. I would come again!
Vegetarian options: Greens & Ginger, Apple & Greens
Dietary restrictions: They have many green smoothies
Parking: Mostly only untaken in the back
Kid-friendliness: They only play clean music that is hip so the kids can get down to it. My kid loves a skibidi Fortnite.
Wheelchair accessibility: There was no stairs here so very easy to roll onto.
