The oatmeal I bought was only 1/3 of the bowl . It wasn't even 1/2.

Half-hour before closing and I couldn't order any items I would have wanted. Had to walk out empty handed.

Amazing workers, they helped make my order in 2 minutes which helped me get on to my other daily activities. I had an awesome cashier whose name was Blaze and the nice worker who made my smoothie was Genelee. I would come again!Vegetarian options: Greens & Ginger, Apple & GreensDietary restrictions: They have many green smoothiesParking: Mostly only untaken in the backKid-friendliness: They only play clean music that is hip so the kids can get down to it. My kid loves a skibidi Fortnite.Wheelchair accessibility: There was no stairs here so very easy to roll onto.

I ordered an açaí bowl and I am very pleased by the way the young gentleman Keanu assembled it. I've been to other locations where it's just thrown together. I will continue to go to this location for their bowls/smoothies and for their cleanliness.

Always great juice from here. Just keep in mind that the staff here is on the younger side so be patient. They do their best and the orders always come out amazing

No one likes to answer the phone at this location and the drinks are often not well blended, but they do offer juice and a few food options.

Five star reviews! Great customer service. I made an order and I scheduled to pick up tomorrow instead of today. But a very nice friendly worker (I didn't get her name) kept telling me it's ok and she made it right away. I will definitely come back to this Jamba Juice in the future! Highly recommended!

Love Jamba juice, always order the same - acai smoothie, it's the best, sweet enough without being over sweet which I've found with other places. Their acai bowls also look delicious.

I went in this morning to grab a orange dream drink and chocolate strawberry bowl. I had to run to the restroom real quick and when I got back to pick up my orders. The chocolate strawberry was all watery by the time I left.

terrible customer service. I'm a regular at jj. love the ginger n greens smoothie, but just had the worst one. completely chunky and had to chew the first mouthful (could clearly see chunks of ginger, apples, spinach etc), so went back and politely asked for it to be blended again. he did, then threw the blender in the sink and gave me my smoothie with about 25% missing. glad I bought the large. if you're having a bad day, don't take it out in the customer, just find another job.

I haven't been to Jamba juice in a year and typically go to the one located in Ala Moana. My daughter had a doctors appointment out here so I needed to kill an hour. Feeling thirsty I saw this Jamba Juice, very conveniently located in Kahala mall. It was not crowded, there was no line. I ordered a small Mango A-Go-Go. My order was completed in less than five minutes. Fast service. I remember when this would be around $5.50, but now a small drink is $7.29. Quality is good, and consistent, just overpriced.

I mainly get a large mango-go go or a chocolate strawberry bowl. It’s usually inconsistent as it’s like only half blended or too watery but the service is fast. So a 3 star rating is what I will have to give it.

In high school I had a friend who worked here and I would come to visit all the time! Back then they had my favorite smoothie "bright eye'd blueberry" which tasted like a blueberry yogurt milkshake...but alas, they have taken it off the menu and no one knows how to make it anymore, sad! Regardless, it is still a comfort smoothie spot with my other faves like gotta guava (local to Hawaii) and mega mango (a vegan mango smoothie that is actually pretty good since I don't really like cream and mango mixed). Sadly the prices for the baked goods like my faves the pretzels and cheddar tomato twist (pizzaaaa) almost doubled recently. They are very friendly and there is ample parking as it's right by Whole Foods at Kahala Mall.
