I visited the Moanalua Shopping Center Jamba Juice location on September 28, 2025, around 12:30 p.m. Upon entering, there were two employees present. I waited approximately 10 minutes for my order to be taken. While I understand that employees can be busy, what stood out was that neither employee acknowledged me nor offered a simple greeting such as “Hello” or “I’ll be right with you.”
Acknowledgment goes a long way in customer service. My daughter, who is much younger, would have shown more attentiveness. During my visit, other customers waiting also seemed to question the lack of acknowledgment and service.
I strongly encourage more training in customer engagement and service etiquette for this location. A quick acknowledgment or friendly attitude could make a significant difference in the customer experience.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Google says they close at 9 but for some reason this location has been packing up at 4pm every day for months.
I feel like the manager didn’t care to let me know they were out of bowls before I ordered this. Told me it would be a wait said it was alright. Came back in looking at my bowl in a cup lmao. This was funny. Prolly tried to hide the fact the Acai on the bottom is bad, a bit sour is how you tell thing is bad. But waste of time and waste of ordering here. Please go to a different location and shut this one down. The worst customer service lololol

No greeting whatsoever. Not even a “I’ll be with you in a moment”. Instead I waited over 15 min with rude customer service. No speaking whatsoever as if I wasn’t there which is fine. But not even a greeting is crazy.

Store hours not posted on door customer close before time is up
I came here after having a crazy day to have a refreshment before having a long way back home. The facility has a paper on front that they closed at 4 pm. I came at 3:55 and it was already closed. I knocked on the door, and the 3 young people ignored me completely. I don't think it takes more than 5 min to make a smoothly

Giving it a one star because hours (posted on Google and outside the store) said they close at 9pm but they were closed when we came by at 6:30.

Does Not accept bills over $20... if your bill is $48 you can't use a 50....... so dumb
Bad service ! Waited 10 minutes no greeting etc. so I decided to leave even though the workers saw me come in ! It didn’t seem busy at all!

This store is never open when I come by, despite their website saying this location is open until 9pm. I understand wanting to leave on time so the employees start to close early, but when your store is open till 9- then your store is open till 9. The employee was intentionally doing so, starting to mop the lobby/entrance of the store as soon as my car parked at the front of the store, as well as looking at us when we pulled up.
I used to work in food service- so I understand. But I would like to get my açaí bowls before my shift starts too smh.

It’s nice to have a location near the base with plenty of free parking. There is also plenty of restaurants to choose from in the shopping center.

I’m a little late to the Açaí bowl game but since my fiancé brought one a few months ago from the Jamba in Ewa Beach, I’ve been addicted. So I was super excited to have a Jamba close to base bc now I can grab a bowl for breakfast or lunch.
I’ve ordered the same bowl from this location 2 or 3 times & each time the fruit has been borderline rotten- the flesh of strawberries should not appear transparent aka old. I request & pay extra for strawberries…never equals the amount I pay extra for.
I tried speaking to the young lady that prepped my bowl the last time before I wrote a review. However she chose to listen to respond instead of listening & understanding that the fruit was low quality then offering to replace the fruit with fresh produce.
I stopped going to this location after I ordered a açaí bowl from Planet Smoothie in the gym on base.
Below is what fresh produce should look like! This location could stand to take a cue from Planet Smoothie on produce quality & their bowls cost less!
